The front desk are very helpful and accomodating. Hotel is near metro train and other establishments

It's not a hotel, it's a guest house. It's worse than a motel. The whole building looks like a very old one. It's scary. It's very unsafe. Anyone can come in. There's no air conditioning. The windows are all dusty. There's no quilt. There's only a flower blanket that doesn't look like a quilt. It's dusty everywhere. The hygiene is very poor. There is no shower head in the shower, just a shower pipe. The only advantage is that you can check in early and check out late.

The location is very good, not noisy, the room is also very clean and well-equipped, the only drawback is that the wifi is almost impossible to connect

In the city center, hotel facilities are relatively old

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the hygiene is very clean, the shampoo and shower gel are very useful, the room has an induction cooker and simple tableware, which can boil water, hot rice, etc. The breakfast is good and rich. Coffee and hot water seem to be available all day in the lobby. There is a self-service canteen opposite the front desk, with drinks, instant noodles, and fast food. Take a look at the small list given when you check in. The hotel has many convenient services. The location is in the city center, with convenient shopping and transportation, there are many restaurants nearby, and King soopers supermarket is less than 600 meters away. The staff are polite and friendly, check in requires a deposit with the occupant's credit card, and the deposit is refunded to me when I check out. highly recommended!

Extremely old and dated. Television was too small. However, staff was very nice and friendly. However, the facility needs serious upgrades, especially for the cost of staying there.

Manuel and the staff were helpful and always courteous. Housekeeping came every day! Are the rooms new? No, but the building is 110+ years old. Accommodations are basic, but the rooms have so much character and history. I felt very comfortable in my room. Grateful for 24/7 coverage at the front desk since it's downtown. I'll definitely stay there again.

They left me locked out outside. The clerk fell sleep and I spent around 4 hours to get in.

My stay was okay but not pleasant. The hotel is very basic and run down. It has zero amenities/services, it looks very old, and doesn't make you feel safe. Nevertheless, it works if you really need to stay there--the room was okay. Neighborhood is not very good.

I stayed one night and there were bedbugs. I checked the bed and mattress when I got there and didn’t see anything, but when I woke up there were remnants of bedbugs on the bed. I checked out that morning and switched to a different hotel, and the front desk manager was really nice and got me a refund. I would not recommend staying here if you have the money to stay in a better hotel.

There were quite a few things that bothered me about this place. The rooms are a little run down and the bed was broken at the foot of the bed. The room smelled like smoke and was distractingly musty. I could look past all these things if it were not for the fact that I came back to the hotel after being out for the night and saw a sign on the door that said 'Out To Lunch' at 3 a.m. I tried bringing the doorbell and calling the hotel but the front door was locked. I waited for about 20 minutes but gave up and purchased another hotel room around the corner at Ace Hotel. I got a room that I could not stay in.

It was nice hotel. It is an old building but it is still well kept and perfect for budget travellers.

This is the epitome of “you get what you pay for.” I specifically booked this because in two different areas on the listing it states EV charging. This is an outright lie, there is absolutely no EV charging, nor do I think there has ever been. There is a parking lot next to the property that charges $25 per night, no sign of an EV charger. This is what I imagine staying in a hostel in college would have been like. Very old rooms, one tiny thin pillow. Apparently the front door locks in the evening and you have to pull on the door and wait for the surly front desk person to let you in. (No buzzer or keypad.) The room was affordable, at least, and clean. Would not stay again.
