I didn’t like the barn door in my room because it kept getting stuck and would not open all the way so I would have to squeeze my way in and out of the bathroom

Overall a great overnight stay. It is a hotel that I would’ve enjoyed staying by in for more than one night. Clean, spacious rooms.

This was a last minute decision as we were on our way home from Tennessee to Texas. We looked for reviews and found Hampton to be rated highly. We were not disappointed. Bed was very comfortable, the room very nice.

When I checked in around 4 pm, there was a sign at the counter saying the water would be off from 3 - 7 pm for repairs. I understand emergencies, but the clerk sort of avoided the subject, I had to comment on it. Later after walking my dogs I asked if they maybe had some handi wipes, but they did not. This actually seemed like a planned repair and certainly would have been time to get some bottled water etc to hand out, at least an attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience. The water finally came on around 8 pm. Except for the water issue this is a lovely motel, and breakfast was very good. Just disappointed how they handled the water issue.

Stopped overnight on short notice. Seems to be a newer property, everything was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was really good--I booked the room while stopped for gas, and when I arrived the reservation hadn't come through to the hotel. The desk clerk got on the phone and had everything sorted out in a minute or two.
There was a decent Mexican restaurant across from the hotel, and a grocery store nearby.

They need to fix the “joining” use of internet so it doesn’t trap you into signing up for their stuff! I never could override it and never used it.

I enjoyed my three night stay in Lonoke. The hotel was well maintained, the workout room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Great place! I will definitely book again!

I had a great experience at this hotel and felt completely safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean, the fitness center was in great condition, and the building was well maintained. The only problems I encountered were that the blinds were sheer and the parking lot lights were quite bright when I was trying to fall asleep, and the rooms do not come with hair conditioner anymore. I would stay here again.
