The most valuable experience when coming to Tulou is to live in it! Experience the real Hakka life. Although the small room in the earth building is small, it has good ventilation and is very convenient to go to the toilet and take a shower. The scenery is beautiful day and night. The best thing is that the proprietress is so beautiful, she gave us an explanation on the second day and was very professional! Black tea and ginger candies are so delicious! In the morning, you can go to the village to eat beef soup, which is really delicious. Don't miss this beautiful place!

此次旅行最有意義的部分就是能入住有着396年歷史的“土樓王”承啟樓裏的房間了，很特別的體驗，放慢腳步、靜下心來感受客家人的風土民情～
雨紛紛的清明節，暖心的掌櫃1點多來電提醒⏰10:00-16:00交通管制，私家車不能入景區，給我們提供方案，指引路線。起初還擔心房間被褥是否會潮濕，然而入住了才發現並不會，而且被褥是乾燥的，房間乾淨整潔，有一次性洗漱用品、蚊香液、免費礦泉水、拖鞋。木質房帶着特有的原木味，樓下的公共浴室有點像大學宿舍裏的感覺，涼涼的雨夜洗個熱水澡很滿足。雖然一切都很簡樸，比不上豪華大酒店或是客棧的房間，但是很慶幸自己的選擇，帶着孩子和長者一起住承啟樓度過美好的雨夜，一家人十分愜意！
承啟樓是電影大魚海棠中椿之家的原型～旁邊的方形土樓世澤樓是電影湫的家原型。兩個土樓之間的路是電影中出現的，現在成為網紅拍照打卡點。
承啟樓始建於明朝崇禎年間，列入《世界遺產名錄》且破吉尼斯世界紀錄之最，現在還有機會能夠入住，為保護世界文化遺產，遊客是不能上樓參觀的，憑票入場離場一次就不能二次入場了。但是入住的遊客可以上下樓並且外出遊玩再回去，還能非常方便近距離拍攝承啟樓的白晝黑夜的美。温馨提示拍照時間是20點-08:00，燈籠🏮22:00熄燈。

入住土樓王承啟樓，真的非常震撼，推薦去初溪土樓羣和承啟樓，其他土樓沒什麼必要去，門票貴還不好看。唯一的問題是土樓內沒有衞生間（房間裏有簡易馬桶），而土樓外的衞生間條件非常差。

總體還是能接受，簡約風的房型第二環二樓，原來就是主人招待客人的房間，浴室下樓十步就到。浴室就是個淋浴房而已，下水流速較慢，洗完澡在水上穿衣，難度有點高。洗臉盆沒熱水，早晨衹能按照圖3的方式洗漱。

就在大魚海棠裏椿的家原型承啟樓裏面，雖然很簡單，但是感覺賊棒。這就是當地人以前的生活，甚至現在也真的有人居住。對居住條件要求太多就不要來了，但來都來了，為的就是體驗原生態的當地生活。花100多，住的是世界遺產，應該賺大了吧！而且晚上裏面真的很美很美……400年的樓齡，説不定哪天真的保護起來，想住都沒得住了！如果有機會再來，我還住裏面

位置還不錯就在承啟樓裏面，晚上九點後就非常安靜，房東貼心的準備了坐便器在房間可以解燃眉之急，樓下沖涼房也還不錯，乾淨衞生本來沒準備洗澡後來也舒服的洗了一次。周圍有小店可以吃到本地特色的粉面。就是停車要下午四點多才能進入停車場，之前可以停在農民自己屋前十元一次。
