When's we arrived out took 10 minutes for anyone to find the front desk person. They allow dogs which can be loud and keep you awake at night with constant barking. WiFi does not work often, and TV is WiFi based, so the TV item doesn't work. They ran out juice and waffles batter 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Staff was very nice.

This property was immaculate in how it looked, it was spotless, the staff at the desk was very warm and friendly, the room was wonderful, really spacious and the shower was amazing. The pressure could have been a little better but it was fine. Breakfast was ok, the biscuits were a little hard but everything else was good. Initially we had an issue with the TV not working but they quickly came up and got it working again.

Internet not working correctly. Pool under maintenance. Meager amount available for breakfast. Only clean room every 3rd day unless requested.

Overall a good experience. Staff met our needs. Breakfast was good.
One issue, the room had not been vacuumed in some rime. Corners and behind furniture had not been moved for a while.

Staff was very helpful. TV didn’t work so we were offered a new room. Shower water pressure wasn’t good. Overall a good experience.
For the price of the room, it was worth it. Breakfast area was clean.

This was the dirtiest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, hair in a washcloth, hair in a towel, hair in the tub and on the outside of the tub, hair on the bathroom counter. The chair for the work desk was dirty as well.

It was good. The only thing I can complain about is we didn’t get the room cleaned and we were there 5 nights. The breakfast also could have been better.

The room was clean, the front desk was very nice, attentive and helpful. The location was great because there was restaurants and convenience stores near by.
