下高速4公里就到，返鄉中途休息一晚很合適。酒店建在半山，豪華雙床房都是在一樓，酒店免費升級到二樓。房間很寬敞，乾淨衞生，熱水很給力，好評！帶陽台的景觀房在酒店正面這邊，視野會開闊很多。個人覺得靠後山的房間雖然無陽台，但很安靜，睡覺舒服，照片忘記拍了。龍勝縣的夜景很漂亮，適合河邊漫步。

該酒店服務極差，入住前要求給五星好評，對酒店提出服務要求後，最為惡劣的是酒店前台員工辱罵客人，用言語攻擊，並企圖毆打客人（當下為保護人生安全立馬撥打120報警）酒店人員極其囂張，表示“我寧願不要工作，也要打你們”，當場被酒店員工恐嚇離店造成極大侮辱和心裏創傷,被強迫離店後，酒店前台依然大吼“你們再説一句話，就打死你們”。酒店主管全程參與，開始並不承認，也沒有第一時間制止員工。同時酒店住宿的三樓，一樓大堂均有非酒店住客，帶寵物狗入內，造成極大衞生和安全隱患,有非常大的管理失職。當地公安機關已介入調查。建議攜程會員不要預訂這家酒店，防止受到不公平待遇。人生第一次遇到酒店員工如此惡劣行徑。
