衞生：收拾的特別乾淨 整潔
環境：房間很寬敞，在海邊，特漂亮
服務：老闆服務好，有問題也積極解決
在日落的海邊聚餐是件特別美好的事情。

民宿位置不錯，下樓去沙灘走路五六分鐘，沙灘景色宜人，水超級清澈，傍晚沙灘人超級多，吃飯方便，生活配套齊全，而且價格親民，不像熱門景點溢價厲害，不好的是小區物業設施較為陳舊，人員比較嘈雜。小區沒停車不便，停路邊，很窄，車位碰運氣，不過停車免費。

來龍口必來東海旅遊度假區，來東海必選七月海岸的民宿！他家民宿真的嘎嘎好，帶朋友去住嘎嘎有面子，帶家人去住嘎嘎舒服～第二次來東海了，這家民宿也是第二次訂了。老闆人很好服務態度更好。就是好到內種隨叫隨到。真是感動到了。海景房真的會讓人心情變好，強烈安利！最關鍵的是衞生特別好太乾淨了
