We had a great experience at Keystone - friendly reception at check in and check out. Nice room with comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Great for getting to St Pancras Station. we had a room with a window which probably makes a difference. Would stay here again!

Keystone House is in such a handy location if your coming into London from Kings Cross or St Pancras stations. We had a very comfortable stay; the rooms were well-appointed, very clean and tidy, and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. And at Keystone House you’ve got the added bonus of the excellent and convivial Scottish Stores pub adjoining the building. Well worth popping in for a leisurely drink or three! All in all a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay at Keystone House again next time we’re in town.

Ideal for a quick, easy and cheap overnight stay in a very central location . I got the room for £67 (booked a couple of days in advance). It was modern, clean, new with great facilities. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside is the lack of a lift (particularly when you’re on the fourth floor). The only other thing was that there was a keypad on the outside of the door but no lock on the inside and as a lone female I was concerned about other people knowing the code (presume it’s not changed for every visitor) and somebody trying to enter the room. It was perfectly safe although I’d have preferred a lock on the inside of the door.

Fantastic accommodation, just as good as any Travelodge or Premier Inn, one four digit code to get in the front door, door to rooms and room, no keycard to remember or lose. Room and en suite spacious enough for two, big shower cubicle with good shower pressure and ideal temperature. So close to trains and underground. Not too noisy from outside to sleep and earplugs on bedside tables if needed (we didn’t). More tea and coffee with milk and sugar than other hotels (at least 8 teas and 8 coffees with milk and sugar). For weekend stay, perfect.

Perfect for a short stay in Central London. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We were on the first floor facing the street and it was a little noisy but it was very good value for money and I would definitely book this hotel again for a short stay. The location is perfect, so close to Kings Cross station which is great as a base for getting to any part of London easily. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed four days in London. My girlfriend never saw the city so I decided to find a place close to the hot spot. Literally 2 minutes from Kings cross station, perfect for train to the airport and the tube as well, in two stops you can reach almost every line of the tube. The place is still quiet so at night you can sleep tight. Now the structure. We arrived in late morning so we have to wait for the check in, the guy at the reception took our luggages while we visited the surroundings. Same when we left. The room was tiny, that’s true, but if you’re not planning to stay in the hotel all day long that’s not a problem. It was very clean. What’s bad about it? If is have to find something I would say the absence of the elevator, even if in and old building you can’t pretend that, what’s was annoying, even if well cleaned was the carpet all over the floor, unfortunately in the UK is quite usual but I find it less hygienic than a normal floor. For the price and the location I think it’s a great deal, perfect for a few days.

Stayed in room 6 ground floor The room was small but fit for our overnight stay. Modern decor and exceptionally clean . Ensuite was functional with modern shower, basin and toilet with complimentary toiletries and soft white towels. Also complimentary chocolates ,a nice touch. A 3 minute walk from King's Cross Station.. opposite scala night club and five guys .. A secure building and we heard nothing. Only negative was the lack of window and despite being November, room was very warm.there is air conditioner in the room .

Excellent location 2 minutes from King’s Cross St Pancras. Easy check in sent code for front door and room. Room very tidy with modern decor tea coffee milk provided. En-suite small but very clean and functional plenty of clean soft towels shower gel and soap. Linen on bed was also very clean and well presented . We had room 306 which overlooks side street the hotel provided ear plugs which were required. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was the bed and mattress itself, absolutely awful, either extremely cheap or extremely worn but completely lets the place down, get these sorted and replaced for something decent Keystone and you’d be onto a winner. All in all for what we paid was ok, 3 stars.
