We visited Flute roof bar for my daughters 16th birthday – she couldn’t stop taking photos. Such a pretty, stylish bar – everything is gorgeous! The door & bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had cocktails and small plates including Wild Mushroom and Vegetable Gyozas, Tuna Tostadas, Buttermilk Fried Chicken which were all delicious. Get a selfie in the toilets! There is an outdoor terrace which will be perfect in the summer months. Will be back, thank you for making us feel so welcome.

What an extraordinary surprise this gem of a hotel is! From the moment we walked through the stunning pink door we were in love. The friendly, warm staff made us feel not only genuinely welcome but also like family members coming home . A free upgrade was an appreciated gesture (my sister and I were celebrating birthdays) as was the lovely tarte and handwritten note by the concierge waiting for us in the room. We have stayed in some of Londons better known hotels (Browns, Rosewood, Langham) and, although they were all excellent, we feel this is the most unique, beautiful and comfortable of them all. We were thrilled with the upgrade as the basic room might have been a bit tight. But the attention to detail not only in the room but in the rest of the hotel was phenomenal. Let‘s start with the room. The crisp linens, light as feather duvets, fluffiest towels, luxurious bathrobes (how tempted I was to buy one!) and slippers, Dyson hair dryer, Ortigia bath products - it was obvious that much time and thought had been given to the choices made. The decor not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel made it stand out as unique. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the wall paper choices, lacquer paint colors - how many layers did they need to get that perfect sheen in the halls and on the doors? - the materials used to cover the chairs and couches, the tiles in the breakfast room and the downstairs restaurant, oh they made us feel faint from gasping at their rich beauty. The Murano chandeliers and mirrors brought back memories of years gone by. And the artwork - an eclectic collection worthy of a museum! The Nook, a library type room for guests only was my favorite place to sip a coffee while reading the paper in utter peace, with only the fire in the open fireplace crackling away. Drinks and nibbles (how delicious the truffled grilled cheese sandwich was!) at the rooftop bar „Flute“ was a lively affair, a table on the outside Terrasse must be much sought after in the warm weather. Although we are normally not breakfast eaters, the breakfast room was so pleasant, as was the staff, that we indulged every morning. Excellent croissants (hard to find these days), steel cut porridge, sour dough toast, freshly made juices - a perfect start to the day. I could go on and on, but let me return to where I started. The staff. From the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff and the concierges, they were all efficient, attentive, friendly, humorous and helpful. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back again.

This is probably the best hotel experience I have had in Europe. The hotel itself is stunning with an astounding attention to detail. Everything is exquisite with the finest materials. You feel as you if you are walking in an issue of The World of Interiors. But what is most impressive is also the staff. The level of service is comparable only to some I could experience in 5 star hotels in Asia. Never in Europe. I am coming back next month and I can’t wait to stay here again.

I had one of the best hotel experiences here. I came solo after a work trip and just wanted to enjoy London and immerse myself in the city while also relaxing and enjoying time alone. The décor, the scents, the room amenities - the level of detail in this hotel is just so impressive. The restaurants were delicious and the service was 10/10. I also loved that every time I walked into my room there was a new little detail - they either organized my cellphone cord, or left a little gift surprise. :) I didn't want to leave! Everything was just gorgeous and comfortable. It's almost as if Baz Luhrmann and Wes Anderson designed a hotel together! I 10000% recommend. If you want more of an "experiential," maximalist hotel stay, this is it! Seriously one of the best hotels out there.

4 of us friends had visited and seen the hotel 3 months after opening. It is a hotel full of decadents of years gone by - jazzy, colourful and a bit eccentric with a sense of humour. We had a meal at the basement restaurant Dear Jackie with lots of interesting Italian plates as decoration on the walls. The menu was traditional Italian. We all fancied the Bream and it was so pretty on the plate when it arrived with various small portions of sauces & interesting artichoke for example. The fish melted in the mouth, cooked to perfection, the staff were v knowledgeable about the cooking process. We ordered side orders of Broccolini and some Sauted potatoes. We were so quiet when eating as the food felt special - very attractive and felt made with love and care, as we had hoped for. We had a look around the hotel itself (a bit more light around the building would be great as we were there for a fair time) and then also went to the Flute bar for drinks. (Note coffees or hot drinks are best in other areas as there is no coffee machine close to the Flute Bar - which is a shame, but can have a cold drink or cocktails) The staff were very attentive and offered very friendly and approachable service with a hint of humour - just right. We took a wander around the roof terrace, although it was chilly , nice to see London evenings from this view. We had a lovely Birthday celebration for one of our group and she felt special. The menu is of course pricey and good for a special event, which this was. Would love to come again now we know how it works. Maybe sometime - need to save a bit first!. Hope for a more varied/ changeable menu in future - including maybe an asian option. Enjoy it very much if you go. Would recommend and will to others in our Londoners 50-60s friendship groups too. Thanks to all at Broadwick Soho for a lovely evening on a rainy day. Not usually give 5 stars - but found no negatives.

Had the most wonderful stay at SoHo broadwick The staff there is super nice. They took very good care of us. Made sure smallest of the things like an Indian masala chai (not on their menu) was also served diligently. The concierge is great too. We were planning for a day trip and the concierge nicely planned the whole itenery on a piece of paper and suggested some wonderful offbeat places. Special mention: Mauro (breakfast manager) Andrae (waiter) Nicole (Hostess) Ezebet (Barmaid) Hanna (Waitress) Lydia pastry chef Jhunnel host Leigh Anne breakfast chef Elisee Danu Thanks a lot folks

It was our first time at the Broadwick and reading the background of the hotel, it's owner and family etc, we had very high expectations. The hotel has the most beautiful interiors you can imagine with every room, restaurant, bar being finished in exquisite fashion. For hotel residents, you can use a private lounge called The Nook. We spent much of our time in there looking at the beautifully printed wall coverings, curtains and furniture. Amazing. The rooftop bar is what you would expect based on the rest of the hotel... Great attention to detail and excellent bar personnel! We ate in Jackie's on the Saturday night. The food was very good but the only observation we would make is that the menu was quite limited and short. Maybe this will expand as the Hotel matures (it only opened in late 23). The staff were terrific, from getting out of the taxi on the way in to leaving on the Sunday. Everyone was super friendly, professional and helpful throughout. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is amazing and the staff very freindly and helpful. The room was very clean a lovely bathroom and a well stocked mini bar. There are a number of bars in the hotel where you can go for food and drinks. The hotel is also in a great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. Carnaby street is a 2 min walk away and regent street a five to ten minute walk.
