Overall, this price includes breakfast and is very cost-effective. The location is a bit far from the subway. My room was a bit damp, and the quilt was a bit wet; there was a problem with the water pressure when it rained... it sprayed super hot water every few minutes (exactly the same problem as the English comment translation below), and my mouth was swollen the next day... I don't know if it was because the pillow was not clean or the water was the problem.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, you need to take a bus to go to the subway station / cross the multi-vehicle highway to go to the LRT.
The hotel next to the residential area has a beautiful environment, but there are not many choices for eating.

It was close to the station and had good access. Amenity was substantial and it was easy to spend. However, I was worried that the walls were thin and I could hear the voice of the next room and the sound of the TV.
