My brand new charger have been stolen, I only took my filing bag to get a visa, there's no chance I lost it. Every time I go to the front desk, I will be hung there for a long time before I solve the problem. There's no water, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer, and the paid Wi-Fi keeps going out. There was also a loud machine noise coming from nowhere in the room. And the duvet sheets have small yellow spot on it.

Nice location, with a bus stop and metro very close by. The room was nice, with decent bathroom. The bed was squeaking very bad, it made it hard for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with not much to choose from besides English breakfast.

The bath towels are dirty, there is no hair dryer, and you have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. But the location is really good. The bus and subway downstairs are very convenient.

Really meh. The location was good, right in front of the metro. But the room was very mediocre. It smelled of humidity. No window that opens. I actually caught bronchitis after the 5th day. We asked twice for cleaning to be done... We went out and came back and it wasn't done. We had to go and ask for the bath towels to be changed ourselves… Really blah blah. I don't really recommend it.

Nice view, good service

The location is good, just next to the subway station. The equipment is clean and tidy, but there are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Clean and tidy and so close to the train station (literally 30 seconds). Hotel looks like it has been done up, staff were friendly and when asked about a hair dryer popped to get us one. Breakfast looked good, array of hot and cold options, I didn’t eat was fairly hungover. Bar prices were not eye watering either, so all in all a convenient place to stay in the heart of Vauxhall. Would gladly stay here again.

Rooms are not serviced daily.....no tv remote, no waste bin, elevator floors very dirty, linen has marks on not washed out properly....soap dispenser in shower not working, reception staff not clued up on different types of rooms. Liked the top up of coffee pods daily and the no noise signs everywhere. Definitely will not stay at any Travelodge again.. due to this experience.

There are very easy fixes that improve the experience of the guests massively. For instance the lift cleanliness is not difficult nor expensive to achieve. Also the tea/coffee tray was filthy. This is also a quick and easy fix. By the way Room 522, toilet seat was very loose.

Air conditioning broken, noisy and dust filled fan, hairs in sink, toilet flusher broken, no black out curtains, rubbish and dirty in the corridors.

Great location on Victoria line with easy access to everything. I wanted a fan and extra pillows. No problem to the staff. The breakfast is well worth the money.

This Travelodge is an absolute gem especially for its location. Check in was extra special thanks to Cassandra who when realising I was on my own due my travelling companion having to pull out, upgraded me from a twin room to a double bed superior room. Much appreciated. It’s so convenient for Vauxhall rail, tube and the Oval. It’s near the river so bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. There are 2 mini supermarkets (Sainsbury’s and Waitrose) right near. Rooms have air con which is brilliant. Well worth considering this place.

Clean rooms, great service from the reception staff . Comfy bed, good location for our needs. Additional, coffee machine, tea facilities all worth the slight extra payment for an exclusive room. View wasn't great but for a short stay, would recommend this chain of hotels.

Specifically choose travel lodge as advertised and we're filtered for king sized bed, they most definitely are not! Queen size at best. Room was a bit tired stain on carpet and curtain but didn't have high expectations, choose location and for the bed. Didn't eat here. Great Italian restaurant across the road.
