Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

The person at the front desk was nice and let me check in early. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a hair dryer.

Armando and the Travelodge Balham team couldn’t do more for us and made us very welcome after a tough journey recently. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South London. Great Super Room on the quieter side of the building made for a restful couple of nights. Convenient access to main line and subway trains, including direct to central London and the West End. We visit here on a regular basis and always get a warm reception.

I had a pleasant day at Balham Travelodge. The team were friendly, welcoming. Nothing was too much for them to do. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The receptionist team were very helpful as well. I would encourage friends and family to stay there. As the tube station is just next door as well as the train station, making commuting very, very easy for me. Shout out to the team in Balham. They are awesome.

I had an amazing time at Travel Lodge Balham. Faiyaz did a top tier job. I highly recommend. The customer service from Faiyaz was exceptional which made it one of the best trips ever. I would definitely come to this Travel lodge again. The location was great aswell.
