The room is ok, relatively clean, and the TV can also receive China Central International Station. It is very close to Biginshan Airport. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. This airport is mainly a business jet airport, and the surrounding area is relatively desolate.

This hotel is very convenient for the St. George’s Hospital - it’s literally in the grounds of the hospital. It’s a three star hotel and I would say it’s towards the lower end of the three star spectrum. The staff were very good, and the amenities for a three star were as expected. However, there is a huge problem with the cleanliness of the carpets and upholstery. They are disgusting! They are stained all over the place and it’s makes the atmosphere of the room feel very dirty - you just don’t know what on earth you’re walking in or sitting on. It’s a shame because the general cleanliness of the room is good and as you would expect, so the cleaning staff do a decent job, but the stains on the carpet and chairs/sofas are just so off putting. The management/owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. It is just not acceptable. They need to deep clean the carpets and upholstery as a matter of urgency or replace them immediately. Some of the stains are so awful that I doubt cleaning would remove them, so the carpets and sofas/chairs would probably need to be replaced instead. I would definitely not stay here again because of this problem. Sort it out Management!

Self check-in is particularly convenient. Conveniently located to Greenwich Observatory. It is very close to the pedestrian street and there are many Chinese milk tea shops nearby. Eating is also convenient. Recommended stay

Hampton by Hilton is enjoyable to stay in , so wonderful it’s staff, but my experience I had was when I went to have my breakfast and there was shortage of seats, sat on one but disgracefully removed by an old white lady who claimed the seat was kept for her and the husband. It was very distasteful, especially when they have a full house when everyone is having their breakfast. I belittled and disrespected. I thought the tables could have been cleaned when they are dirty after use, but on this occasion, the dirty one were not cleaned but there were very much not enough tables left.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It is considered a 4-star hotel. The environment is relatively quiet, and it is not too far from the center of London. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearby shopping mall. I stayed here for several days.

On arrival there was a new girl on Reception (black girl) and she told me that the room I had reserved was room only and I knew I had booked a b&b rate. Although she was very pleasant she said she was new and needed to check with a more experienced receptionist. A white lady came into the reception area and was telling me that the new girl didn't know how to check was was included in the room rate and started showing her - how to check for this while I was there. This white lady (had a foreign accent) was quite abrupt to me and I thought to myself, maybe if you trained the new girl better, she would be able to check these details. The new girl was apologizing, I said to her its not your fault, you need to get trained better in your role. She was a beautiful young girl and very friendly and tried to help as much as she could. The kettle in my room was not working but was replaced quite quickly. I went to get some milk from the trolley and the Housekeeper (Spanish) screamed at me - your are not allowed to touch the trollies and if you need anything, please contact Reception, I said shall I leave it back then and she said - No its OK!. Had to advice Reception if one, needed their room cleaned. Breakfast was nice except the mushrooms they were too hard and difficult to eat. Staff tend to move trollies and talk to each other when guests are around and they use the guest lift as a service lift. They got in the way at times when I was trying to get out of the hotel, they apologized for getting in my way. Majority of staff were friendly, rooms need updating. On my last day, I was getting some tea at breakfast time in the dining area and when I returned a staff member (Small Indian lady) was clearing away my food and I had only went to get a cup of tea and had not finished my breakfast, I told her I was still having my breakfast. I was annoyed as my room card was still on the table but she never noticed this and was clearing it away. They spray and clean empty tables very close to you as you eat your breakfast which is frustrating as the smell of the cleaning liquid is quite strong, It was my first time staying at this hotel, however in the past I have had coffee/tea there but never stayed before. I would rate is as a 3 star Hotel and not a 4 star Hotel.

Parking was easy, check-in swift and friendly and my room, as usual at this hotel, was clean, comfortable and very well presented. The server at dinner made sure I was happy with the table location, took my order, was engaged in her work and demonstrated great pride in her efforts to ensure customer satisfaction... the food and drink were both very enjoyable and filling too. The same can also be said for the breakfast team and content. Although it is of the buffet style the selection is wide, environment spotlessly clean and the team constantly busy ensuring everything is fresh and plentiful. Also, omlettes are cooked to order as a house speciality, yum! This hotel and it's staff are a gleaming example of how to make its patrons feel valued whilst not simpering or smothering guests. Stayed at the Donnington manor hotel on the 20/21 April after attending a nearby wedding. On arrival greeted by a polite attentive assistant, already checked in online, so only had to register car for free parking and collect room key. Room 307 second floor, very nice room clean , well decorated and quiet. All the public area's in hotel in very good decrotive condition. Sleepy well on memory foam mattress, slept well. On Sunday morning went for breakfast in the restaurant buffet style, good selection of fresh fruit cereal and cooked meats, eggs cooked to your order (nice touch) all good quality fayre enjoyed breakfast, and service by all staff. If in area would definitely stay again
