Good facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters… Will stay here again!

It's a bit old, but I feel there is no better choice. The shower is still very old-fashioned, the sound insulation is also average, and there is no one to help with luggage at the hotel entrance.

We frequent this hotel as it is an updated clean spacious place. The room was comfortable the bed was comfortable the service was great - they have a nice cool lounge that serves food and drink Staff at the front desk always friendly and courteous!great place tonstay

Lots of open space in lobby and room. Very clean, accessible. Lots of parking and walkable to various restaurants and mall.

We stayed 5 nights at the Four Points and we were quite comfortable there. Rooms are bright and spacious. We had a king suite, couch was pretty comfy compared to most hotels, as were the extra chairs. Netflex was super easy to tag into and Vics restaurant does a great breakfast! Buffet or al la carte options. Always our go to when we visit London.

Checking in and out was quick and simple and having a breakfast buffet within the building and being walking distance away from a handful of stores and restaurants was really convenient as well

Mubarak was great… the staff and the room was wonderful. Ate dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and the food was top notch. Only thing I didn’t like was the extremely long walk from the elevator to my room. With a bummed knee, makes doing the stairs impossible but the walk was like forever. Other than that I have no complaints. I would stay again

this was a great room, clean renovated, comfortable - i was really happy as i was staying 5 nights and it was exactly what was promised ( a conitnental breakfast would be nice but since i had a car this was not an issue - Starbucks was just a km or 2 down the road :)

We never had hot water in the shower to the point it was a nice, soothing, hot shower. The first day it was lukewarm and the second much not that much different.

The first room that I was offered smelled horribly of smoke while they did put me in another room immediately that room had a broken window and some of the amenities were completely depleted. I’ve stayed at this exact hotel countless times over the last two years and this is the first time I have ever experienced any issues at all. Hoping that they sort everything out and they get back to the excellent service that I have known to come to expect.

This hotel does it accept visa-debit or MC-debit to leave a deposit for incidentals but you are not made aware of this until you have completed your reservation. I made a last minute reservation due to a snow storm and when i called to try to make other arrangements with them they were not willing to assist. I was essentially told I would not be able to check in despite having already paid for the room. When inarriced at the hotel they did allow me to leave a cash deposit but at double the amount inwas told would be held on a credit card. This is all despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member and not having this issue at any other Marriott property. When i checked in I requested a late check-out. Inwas told i would need to call fromt desk in the morning to request. This defeats the purpose of a late check-out to sleep in if you have tonwake up to call back to make the request. I asked if a note could be left for thebl morning desk staff. I was told 8t would be however when i called just to be sure, they had not been informed. A late check-out was approvwd and despite this, housekeeping was at the door 30 minutes before even the regular check-out time! The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable but the cuatomer service leaves much to be desired.

We really enjoyed our first visit a few weeks earlier. This visit we all felt it was "meh". Our room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. There was a rattling sounds from our bathroom ceiling that couldn't be resolved. A weird smell when we arrived. That we think was a stinkbug the kids caught on night 1 as the smell subsided afterwards. Overall, a decent hotel but we'll be trying another for our next visit to London.
