Having all kinds of indian dishes also some western dishes. The nearest good restaurant is Rama krishan hotel. Rama krishan serves non veg and veg food. Welcomes foreigner ls as well.

We were 100 senior doctors. We were celebrating Golden jubilee of our joining Grant medical college Mumbai. We had the most memorable experience of our life. Resort rooms/ Suites are large & well appointed. food quality and variety was extensive. The service of the staff at all levels was exceptional. All the venues for gathering e.g. Banquet halls, Swimming poolside, Gardens etc. were great. There is ample parking. Reasonable place for driver's stay, awesome Lonawla feel, centrally located, close to market and bus station. Extraordinary place...

I visit Citrus lonava. I took spa at there. Miss pavllavi in spa is doing very good. I feel good with palavi.... Thank you.......... I recommend this hotel as 1st priority... As like spa other service are very good like front desk and restaurant....

I had booked two rooms : one for my wife and self and a suite for my sister and brother in law visiting from abroad. The room was good and the suite really good. The breakfast was okay and their service pretty decent. Mr Mahapatra was helpful and took us personally to their restaurant in a facility alongside. Overall recommend.

Excellent experience details as follows: 1) cottage room - 4/5. The rooms are spacious, giving it a 4 for a small improvement. The room has valley view.the deluxe room does not have a such a view 2) Food- 5/5 for break fast, lunch and dinner which was buffet Breakfast - idli, few types of dosa freshly made by chefs, juices, fruits, sambhar chatni, paratha, bread jam, toast butter, shabudana khichdi, tea coffee etc Lunch - roti (butter roti, butter naan) freshly prepared by chefs, paneer tikka masala, dal makhani, lemon rice, plain rice, chaas, ice cream, kheer, strawberry mousse etc Dinner - roti (butter roti, butter naan) freshly prepared by chefs, dal makhani, paneer bhurji, lemon rice, plain rice, chaas, ice cream, firni, chocolate mousse etc 3) staff - 4/5 the staff was cooperative and friendly 4) swimming pool - 5/5 the pool was osom and was kept clean 5) indoor games - 3/5 carrom chess, foosball and table tennis. The room for indoor games should be separate from the conference room

The hotel left a bad taste on our departure and thus the poor rating. They accommodated our requested of rooms with a view. To begin with when we arrived in the afternoon and sat in the restaurant for evening tea… we requested a tea pot with ginger and cardamom. To our surprise… we got boiled water, milk , sugar … separate. That too after a wait of 40 mins. The girl who took the order blamed the kitchen, the maitre d blamed the girl. Funny and bad! The bar upstairs is empty… with sharp edged table that tore my dress. He did not have whiskies neither wanted to take corkage. The spa is worse… no pressure no hot water no sauna and no music.. no relaxation. So we had already called beforehand and asked for 12 noon check out, received a confirmation from Siddhi (receptionist). 11:15 am the phone rang in the room and a guy with a coarse voice started asking us to vacate the room… he said ‘It’s 11:15 … u have gone above 15 mins. Leave the room now’. We told him that it’s already been spoken multiple times that we will leave at 12 noon and the guy just did not listen. He said ‘I am the senior.’ The conversation got so heated that we said once we come down we will discuss the extra cost for the so called delay! And to our surprise when we went down, Siddhi was alone at the front desk and all she did was apologise. Mystery senior *** who spoiled the whole experience. We will not be going back to this place. It is well located but service needs massive improvement as it is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great sometimes it is worst. Pillows are too fluffy and rooms are clean.
