Die schlechten Bewertungen, die man hier lesen kann verstehe ich nicht. Wer etwas zu meckern hat, der findet natürlich immer etwas. Das Hotel befindet sich etwa 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel Rügen und vorallem die Halbinsel Mönchsgut zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Garten, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine hervorragende Aussenterrasse. Das Restaurant selbst ist gemütlich und urig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber tadellos sauber! Betten waren angenehm. Das gesamte Personal war absolut freundlich und schon beim Empfang fühlte man sich wohl. Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen war Erstklassig. Sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft. Hier wird das frische Schnitzel noch "geklopft" und in der Pfanne gebraten. Alles sehr gut abgestimmt. Kellner sehr schnell und umsichtig. Da kann sich so manch ein anderes Hotel in höherer Kategorie eine Scheibe abschneiden. Preis Leistung für so ein schönes Strandhotel auf der Insel Rügen ist einfach Spitze. Wir geben eine ehrliche Hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf das zugehörige Restaurant "zum Seeteufel"; einquartiert waren wir in einer anderen Unterkunft. Die Bedienung war nett, vielleicht ein bisschen unorganisiert. Das Essen war sehr bodenständig, hier darf man sich keine falschen Vorstellungen machen. Das Restaurant punktet dafür mit einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Einrichtung war urig und stimmig. Lediglich die Schlager/Ballermann-Musik wollte nicht so recht dazu passen.
