Over the years been to a number of hotels, but this was a little bit different. Loved it! With it's black interior, music posters, marshall amp fridges nice touch. We were greeted with efficiency and friendliness that made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and cool, bed was comfortable giving way for a cracking sleep. Will come again.

Fantastic hotel tucked away from the all the city centre noise, room are lovely very well decorated with music icon themes.
Staff are nice and friendly and always willing to help.

Stayed for 3 nights midweek. They gave me and wife a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were incredibly friendly, room was awesome with a dedicated lounge area, two TVs and a great shower. Bed was super comfy too. The attached pub/bar (The Duck & Swagger) was a great place for a drink or two, sport on the big screen most of the time. Breakfast was also brilliant and just a fifteen minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommend.

I was there for my sons wedding we could not have asked for better service what a place most of to the lady that looked after there wedding was amazing so lovely helpful & friendly 💗

The hotel you could not fault although if you want a quiet hotel this isn’t for you. It’s in china town so a lot going on at night and if hot windows will need to be open which could then become noisy in the early hours
We had to move rooms due to an event taking place more or less next to our room but the staff moved us without question .
