I stay at Carpet of Flowers every time I go to Liupanshui. The service is always fantastic and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The central location is convenient for wandering the city. And they are familiar with foreigners staying, so there's no hassle when checking in. Easy five stars!

整棟樓就2樓一層是酒店，和幾年以前去六盤水也是在攜程訂的一家鳳池公園旁邊的酒店差距實在是太大了。優點：1.房間大、乾淨、裏面沒有異味。2.有早餐，還算可以。3.傍晚有服務把房間收拾得整整齊齊，還補水。4.在萬達廣場的背面，感覺是個單行線，打車的話，要走一截，不然就打網約車。缺點：1.實在是太吵，窗子朝這馬路，衹要開窗，路過的人説話和車的聲音聽得清清楚楚，不如少花100多塊錢，住個中庭不朝馬路的無窗房。房間的窗户緊貼着對面的樓，早上對面的健身房跳操一直跳個沒完沒了。2.馬桶和洗臉面盆貼的太近，用起來很不方便。3.那個空調的聲音簡直就是噪音，還好這季節不用空調也可以。4.面盆和洗澡水很難調整，水特別小。5.床上4個大高枕頭，一個矮的都沒有，睡着不舒服。6.聽見隔壁房間，和走廊上的人説話。

酒店就在萬達廣場旁邊，車直接可以開到酒店門口，有小姐姐幫着提行李nice，特意看了一下酒店的空調很涼快，還讓我意想不到房間有一股淡淡的香味是我喜歡的味道❤️，早餐不錯👍這個價位超值，走的時候前台的小姐姐還送咯一盒茶葉，愛咯❤️咯。

🧹衞生：新開的酒店，房間很乾凈，有一點裝修的味道，但是房間裏放了除味用的物品，影響不大。
🍃環境：就在萬達廣場旁邊，吃的有很多選擇，步行一兩分鐘就到了，位置很方便
🚗 交通：酒店負一樓有地下停車場，有電梯可以直達一樓大堂，滿分！！
🔔服務：服務員都很熱情，入住後服務人員會熱心的帶到房間，入住體驗很好！
餐廳在酒店一樓，不過因為急着出發沒有去吃早餐，不知道味道如何，下次有機會還是會選擇這家酒店入住的！

訂的房間無窗，睡前想換氣就開了空調，明明設的製冷結果凌晨被熱醒，室温33度都夢到自己去了沙漠而不是涼都！
想打電話給前台，結果床頭的電話怎麼按都打不通，無奈從平台獲取的酒店電話手機打過去，投訴給前台，問房間電話到底是怎麼用的，結果對方回：你這不是打通了嗎？（這是一個酒店前台該有的話術？
然後投訴空調，就告知現在衹提供暖氣….為何入住時不告知（無窗房倒是説了，但想着有空調無窗也無所謂）
8點下樓吃早餐，如圖所示空空如也，蒸包子從廚房拿出來還是涼的，如果還未能讓客人實用請放個牌子或者熱好了再拿出來。
取餐位置也是感人，粉面檔取餐口前面還有一排主菜，一堆人圍着等粉面，根本擠不進去拿其它菜和餐具，真的是毫無用户體驗可言。

首先位置超讚，就在萬達旁邊，其次前台小姐姐服務態度超好，有問必答，再次房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，最後早餐也很好吃。下次來六盤水還會選擇錦欣。

設施：這個房型有很多設施，小細節，比如窗簾是可以遙控關閉或者手動拉一下就自動繼續關上的、我是到了後面才發現房間裏有個小愛同學，半夜嚇我一跳😅
衞生：在這酒店住好幾次了，到目前為止給我的印象都是乾淨衞生的，希望繼續保持哦！
環境：現在樓下多了很多吃的，便利店，咖啡廳什麼的，比我第一次來多了很多。交通方便，不難找。
庭院大玻璃：這個風景看出去也還行，房間外面有個門能出去。沒拉窗簾，外面也能看到裏面，挺刺激的哈
服務：歡迎水果都有。找了前台要了幾次水了，主要是空調開的暖氣，嘴比較幹。
延遲退房至14點: 收拾的時候找東西沒找見，晚了點退房，還好延遲退房了

除了酒店位置好和前台服務態度好，其他一塌糊塗。
1.所謂高檔酒店，客房佈局與內飾就不過就類似於普通連鎖酒店，甚至還不如。
2.隔音差。旁邊住了户帶小孩的，7點不到就被吵醒，挪板凳、逗小孩，小孩苦笑聲，還不停的按電話免提，連每一個句話都聽到清清楚楚。
我是淺睡眠的人，床墊不是獨立袋裝筒，會互相干擾，側面都能摸到彈簧，床墊包裹性不行。
3.辦理入住，訂房贈送的下午茶和歡迎水果沒有説明，是入住後打電話詢問的;和前台反應因隔音差而擾民的問題，打了兩次電話約半小時才有改善，主動性和執行力有待改善。
綜上，嚴重懷疑這麼高的評分和星級怎麼來的？這個價位的房費，定其他酒店不香麼？來一次足以。
