前台接待還不錯，房間內衞生也不錯。就是外部環境差，早上出發退房退費得等到八點，不合理。忘能改進，加強服務。

賓館服務太差，員工沒有穿工作服，每個服務員的態度十分囂張，老闆又很**，沒有一點點把顧客放在第一位，沒有把顧客之上擺在第一位，我建議這個賓館大家不要來哦，我保證你們來一套會傷心一趟，花錢住賓館你還得受氣。哎！！！！！！
