Worst hotel ever ..I booked 2 queens bed room . But they offered me 1 kings bed room . Because I checked in late ….Ridiculous.. never come back again .

I went there for a conference. The location is great as it’s close to New York and a shopping mall with the amazing Paradox Museum, restaurants, etc. All was fine.

The location is close to American Dream mall which was convenient and it has a restaurant which was open late and had full bar and great food whi h was also convenient but the hotel itself was not what i expected. The elevator kept getting stuck with us inside. The ac in the room was not working i can only imagine how hot in the summer. The bed sheets i noticed were dirty even after housekeeping came in to change them. They took my dirty towels but did not leave clean one so when we got back to the room we had to use our beach towels. I felt that everytime i asked for more towels i was given an attitude by the staff. My daughter had a fridge in her room but i didnt. The safe did not work which was inconvenient. I called the front desk many times and they said maintenence was coming but they never ahowed up. I stayed nights. The parking lot (20.00 a day for parking) had a huge pot hole right in the middle. I will definitely not stay there again!

This hotel used to be a clean and upscale Hilton. It has gone down hill. While I haven’t stayed in a while, I was in shock to see how much it has deteriorated. My bathroom sink was falling apart, the security latch on my door was not secured, I was given 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Service came to clean and did the bare minimum. There were no fitted sheets on the bed, and for a person who tosses at night like me, sheets were off the bed by morning. Heat did not work well. We had the temp at 78 and it did not go past 70. It was cold the entire time while temps outside were below 40. Truly sad to see it this way.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all! Hotel room had a view of the mall but right next to the elevator very noisy. Room was also dated.
