地理位置好，離丹霞公園北門很近，門口可以停車，附近都是賣小吃的，樓下的牛師傅家牛奶醪糟＋荷包蛋＋花捲＋特色小菜的早餐味道不錯，夜間很熱鬧，樓下前後有夜市，房間有空調，窗户關上後很安靜，不用擔心燥音！
