這個商務賓館是老民房改造的，外觀不咋樣，但裏面因為才裝修過的，還是很舒適的。離中心近，服務員很熱情，主動打電話聯繫，幫着帶路到停車場（停車場從後面進院子），還幫着拎箱子，非常感謝。不錯的入住體驗。

臨江壹加壹商務賓館位置在臨江大街，門樓較小駕車一駛而過，轉一圈回頭上二樓是前台。房間小而乾淨，老闆待客熱情。賓館到江心島和.美食街都很方便。

房間忘記拍照了，賓館的門面很小，需要上一段樓梯才是。工作人員很熱情，房間比較乾淨，離早市也不遠，就是洗漱用品和拖鞋的質量太差了。

設施比較簡陋，但是還乾淨，先給了一樓的感覺很不好，協調到二樓感覺好多了，二樓房間設施新些。但是靠馬路。位置比較市中心，去網紅景點臨江溪谷不到半小時。旁邊有家早餐店還行

服務熱情比較滿意，酒店有自己的小停車場，對自駕房客比較友好，進酒店的停車場要繞到後面。酒店設施有些陳舊，衞生還比較滿意。
