Very good hotel, clean new rooms. Swimming pool is very romantic. Beach clean. Breakfast is good but dinner is fantastic!

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities really suitable for travel with kids. But seems like designated for local travellers not foreigners.

This hotel is very big - suitable for family. My kid loves the pool and the indoor playground. The staff is very friendly. Our check in staff Eva was very helpful throughout our stay.
A couple things: if you are looking for an American resort, this isn’t your place. It’s full of local people. Also there is some renovations going on currently.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities for children, indoor playground was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had a wonderful stay in Vaperse!

秉承着信任酒店衞生管理，根本不會想到酒店的床這麼臟，不知道這個被套是換過還是沒有換過，小朋友準備上床睡覺，小朋友自己説床好臟，喊我看，才認真檢查了一下，床單枕套上都是細小頭髮，被套上很多細小的沙礫，完全不像是換過被套枕套的樣子，連忙聯繫值班經理過來，説的馬上過來，等了半個多小時沒來！！！催電話催了三次！來了人説重新換被套，就在換的途中，我們在旁邊站着，我家小孩又在床上找出頭髮給我説，這裏還有，還撿出來給我們看，這麼大的酒店，這種錯誤都可以犯？中途也麻煩了接待我們的小姐姐，抱着很好的心態入住，才入住就把心態搞崩，麻酒店認真對待！！！！

看看網上評價褒貶不一，心裏真忐忑來着😝入住後感覺很不錯呢，房間很大，衞生情況也不錯，孩子玩的項目確實很多，娃超級快樂
入住前管家cici就提前聯繫，路線什麼的都告之了，是個超温暖的小姐姐～基本有什麼需求聯繫一下就很快幫忙解決～非常滿意👍
我們住的泳池房，簡直太快樂了，沙灘也很近，沙子很細很軟，小火車一定要坐，超快樂➕1
室內V樂園孩子可以放電半天，回來睡的超好
四大一小的入住體驗很OK～

酒店有小童水寨和V樂園等小童設施，離海也很近，就在清水灣沙灘旁，步行道沙灘很方便。賓客主任Cindy提前幫忙安排好了房間，遇到問題可以及時幫忙解決，服務很周到，酒店很適合度假。
