Excellent customer service. You will enjoy the scenery at this hotel because of the location.It's close to the old town street where it becomes very lively at night. Additionally, there is an in-house photographer that takes your photos as an in-house guest here for free and will send you via wechat. The front desk is very helpful.

I really liked the location of the inn and the wonderful view, very accessible to the old town. The staff at the inn were also very helpful despite language barriers as I don't speak chinese, one of the staff assisted with booking of tours and arrangement of alternative transport to some places that I wanted to go.
Good value for money and nice rooms! Good experience.

Very friendly staffs who helped to carry our bags to the room. Room is perfect, toilet is very clean. Nothing to fault this place. It is within the old town vicinity. Very convenient to walk around. Perfect.
