Kuanshang Hotel

I love this hotel. Because it was off-season when I went there, the hotel upgraded my room. The beauty of the whole hotel is completely online, simple and elegant, and the facilities and hotel supplies are all superb. The breakfast is also better than expected. The hotel is located in the ancient city of Lijiang, which is very convenient for visiting the ancient city. There is also free parking, which is quite good. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night this time. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance.

The first night was booked by a friend, and we decided to stay the next night. The front desk ladies were all very, very good. The breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious. My friend said that they didn't need to go out to eat in Kuan Shang. For the past two days, we only ate rice noodles in the hotel. We alternated between local chicken soup rice noodles and braised beef rice noodles. The room was very warm. It happened to rain during the days we were in Lijiang, but the hotel was very considerate to help us dry the bed. They also helped us turn on the humidifier in case we turned on the air conditioner too dry. The face towels, sticky brushes, portable umbrellas, etc. in the room were all very considerate. Thank you for your care at Kuan Shang, and I hope Kuan Shang will get better and better~

Such a perfect stay experience. I really like the taste and vision of the owner. Every display is just right. I was attracted by many small items. After staying here, I can really feel why it is a hotel that designers come to check in. The design of all details is both advanced and practical. It makes the life of design spiritual. The service and facilities are full marks. Every staff member is like a friend. They always focus on the real stay experience of the guests. You can feel the sincerity and hospitality of the locals in their smiling faces. Breakfast can be used until 12 noon. It's perfect. Every meal is both beautiful and delicious. It completely opened up the taste buds that just woke up. Afternoon tea, some of it needs to be charged, but it is worth it. Amber butter latte can be said to be completely authentic, and every bite is very satisfying.

The service, design, facilities and location of Kuan Shang Hotel are all very good. It is very convenient to enter and exit the ancient city, and there is a very professional concierge who helps us with our luggage. The breakfast is also great. The room is equipped with a lot of travel items, sun hats, and straw bags are very nice. The laundry service is available 24 hours a day, and the front desk staff will also help us with it at night. This is very humane, and the washed clothes are also dried. It is a great stay experience, and I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

The location of the hotel is great. The surrounding facilities are complete and high-end. It is not noisy at all. It is very close to the entrance of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main street of the ancient city. My favorite thing is to take a walk in the ancient city in the morning, then go back to the hotel and have brunch (the hotel’s breakfast time ends at 12 noon). I also really like the decoration here, the design details are very well done. The service is also good.

I was attracted by the style of the hotel when I passed by the entrance! When I went in to visit, the Naxi lady at the front desk showed me the room. The whole hotel made people feel peaceful and relaxed. Every staff member smiled and nodded~ I decided to stay here decisively! [Strong] It was so attentive that there was a turndown service at night, and there were weather card tips! The front desk was also online 24 hours a day, and you could ask any questions. Miss Cheng Cheng was super nice, and her smile was very healing~ There was also a laundry service. I went out in the rain in the evening, and Miss Cheng Cheng helped me dry my clothes. It was thoughtful❤️ If it wasn’t the last day of the trip today, I would have stayed one more night! Highly recommended!!!
