The service is good. They need to improve the cleanliness of the place though.

The living experience and service attitude are indescribable. I brought my parents by car and booked 2 rooms. I said the bad situation:
1. The hot water temperature in the room is not enough
2. The door lock is not opened by swiping a card, but by a key. It is difficult to open, so call the front desk to open it.
3. The WeChat payment for the deposit is only refunded in cash. A middle-aged woman at the front desk is very rigid in her work and refuses to change it to WeChat for refund.
4. Before I came, I said there was a parking lot, but I took it to another parking lot 100 meters away and paid the parking fee for us

I went to Lijiang on a business trip and stayed there for a week. The hotel has good service, surrounding transportation and convenient meals. The owner is also nice and generous, and will stay here in the future.
