3 Star Hotels in Lightning Ridge

Beautiful little B&B, 1 minute drive up the road from the main LR drag. Easy to find, nice and quiet and beautifully appointed. Room was spacious with separate ensuite and kitchen area. The backyard is a lovely place to chill after a long day out to chill, cook your own meal and listen to the wind rustle. Was very comfortable, host Sean was amazingly accommodating and super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we next get to visit LR.

We stayed 2 nights recently. We were pleasantly surprised to find not only tea and coffee making facilities but there was also a microwave and toaster along with some cutlery and small plates and bowls. No sink but there was a tea towel and dish cloth sso you could clean up a bit if you wanted to make a meal. The bed was a little harder than we like but otherwise comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water. The water is artesian bore water which has a faint smell, bring some drinking water with you. Our room was spacious and clean. Small outdoor seats and table, these were a bit dusty with a few cobwebs but it is the outback so it is to be expected. We enjoyed watching the birds in the grassed area outside our room. There is a small pool if you like to swim. Easy walk to the bowling club and a bit longer to town. The meals.at the club are good and we'll priced, join as a member and you get further discounts off drinks and food.
