Despite our last minute booking made on Easter Sunday for the next day, we received a very quick reply and were welcomed warmly despite the hotel actually being closed after a busy week. We were the only guests but were given the full service including a very big breakfast with lots of delicious choices. Beautiful house and a very nice and clean room and Beatrice took very good care of us. We did 2 walks with maps provided by the hotel that we could borrow for the day. Beautiful scenery through forests and green fields. We enjoyed 2 great days and we definitely recommend this address for a relaxing weekend away in a beautiful area.

Had a lovely, quiet, romantic weekend break in La Maison de Maitre. It’s an old Manor House. The countryside around is beautiful. Nice individual rooms (Anatole was spacious, luminous, with two floors and a big sofa). The food was wonderful, very classic, big spread buffet for breakfast. Due to Covid, we had gourmet dinners left in a fridge in the room to reheat in our own time, it was lovely. Friendly francophone service (but not there all the time and not always the most attentive). Highly recommended : book directly via phone/email for cheaper prices.

Nous avons été pour la 2ieme fois au restaurant. Le repas très bon, la salle à manger super-accueillante. La fille de salle faisait son premier service, et doit encore s’améliorer… Sinon courage pour la suite! Repas au top

Nous avons passé un merveilleux Week-end, le personnel et le patron sont aux petits soins. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture c'était plus que parfait, nous avons vraiment très bien mangé, un menu différent par soir (2 soir)
