Absolutely no complaints about this hotel on both location and service. Clean rooms too. Within walking distance to the East Gate of Libo Scenic Area, just 2 minutes away. Many eateries nearby. Husband and wife courteous and called taxi for my return journey to HSR Station .

The attic room we checked into has slightly hard beds for us, we prefer softer beds. After mentioning this to the boss they happily moved us into another room at no extra cost, very professional and kind. Lovely smiley hosts. Almost all rooms have been recently refurbished into a modern style. Would definitely recommend.

房間在4樓，是閣樓改造的，靠近窗户的位置比較低，老媽年紀大不小心撞了好幾次。其他都很好，交通、停車都滿意，酒店新，乾淨。

酒店在荔波景點門口的度假酒店社區裏，裏面全是酒店和到店，所以競爭激烈。
酒店很好，還有一衹漂亮貓貓，老闆是北方人，和老闆娘在這裏生活。
房間很不錯，公共區域有洗衣機！還能晾衣服！歡呼

房間乾淨，兩張大床，米奇玩偶🧸，超級温馨，主要是老闆好，仁義，由於計劃不周到沒有訂到小七孔的票，老闆幫忙想辦法，最終圓滿解決，孩子中途不舒服老闆也提供極大的幫助，選擇民宿的主要原因就是有人情味，而鑫藝居的老闆，老闆娘更是體現濃濃的人情味和家人的温暖，大家出門在外最重要的是遇到靠譜的人，跟你説靠譜的話，鑫藝居老闆絕對靠譜，大力推薦，下次再來一定還會選擇鑫藝局！還有網紅貓國慶特別招小朋友喜愛喲！

民宿位置很好，夜裡休息安靜，後面一條街上都是美食，穿過美食街就是景區大門，完美！房間打掃得蠻乾淨的，空調冷氣也很足，洗澡熱水水壓足夠，床墊軟硬適中。關鍵是房東服務熱情，主動介紹洗衣可自助，推薦好吃的餐館，還幫忙我們拎行李箱，特靠譜，刷新了我對東北人民的刻板印象。

老闆和老闆娘服務很好，很熱情，給了很多有用的出遊建議。店裡環境很好，讓人感覺很舒服，還有一衹貓貓，很可愛。房間有點小，但是設施齊全，隔音差一點，但是早起也無所謂了。以後有機會還會入住。

老闆很nice，入住前提前聯繫詢問入住時間，入住時免費升級房型，房間也很乾凈、遠離鬧區。第二天去景區遊玩老闆還會告訴遊玩攻略，下次有機會還會再選擇這家
