衝著能做飯去的，在訂房前在手機上也問了，説圖片上所有做飯工具啥的都有，然後去了之後説是因為疫情有檢查的，房東把做飯的所有工具都收起來了，然後説給送也送了，衹是做飯要用的東西實在多，送了一趟再缺東西問房東就不回覆了，好不容易將就做完飯了，衝著做飯去的寶子一定要謹慎啊，下午兩點就可以入住，三點去的還沒打掃衞生，需要身份證啥的辦理入住手續也比較慢，等了一會保潔人員現打掃的，房間的位置和舒適度都還可以，大家各取所需，衹是我衝著做飯去的，目的性很強，所以體驗感不是真好

我在這裏一共住過兩次，一次是去年冬天，定了兩天，房東大中午敲我的門，説後面有顧客想住這間房，問我能不能換一間，我拒絕了，因為我也是消費者，更何況先來後到，後來房東就一直敲我的門，搞得我沒法睡覺，沒辦法我直接退了房，再一次是前天，我又又又訂了兩天，結果昨天中午又敲我的門把我弄醒了，問我是退房還是續住，我就想問難道都不看客人的入住記錄嗎？然後因為有些事情，我中午一點多就問房東能不能退房➕退費，房東説下午讓服務員過去看看，看着看着沒時間了，晚上我給他發訊息問能不能退費，不能退的話我就繼續住了，畢竟我花錢了，房東態度極其惡劣，説我白天怎麼不説退費，我瞬間就無語了，説人家下班了，有什麼事明天再説，給我拖到了今天讓我去前台退款，結果178的房衹退了我110，説剩下的錢都是平台扣的，什麼平台扣60多啊，太牛了，家人們，再也不要住他們家的房了，事多態度還不好，看看截圖

房東還是非常不錯的，但是10點11點左右有一對夫妻敲門來看查電鑽聲音來源我就很不明白？？？我住一天我還能鑽牆？？周圍交通還是挺方便的

房東人很熱情，還會提前告知我們來的路線，特別奈斯，室內裝修的也很好看，地上還有地毯，很乾凈也很舒服，很不錯
