Atour Hotel

I went to Lianyungang Hotel last weekend and chose Atour. It's right next to the train station. It's very convenient to travel. The air conditioner in the room we stayed in the first night was a bit noisy. I told the front desk the next morning and they immediately changed us to another room. Because we were going out, they changed it directly for me. , helped me move all my luggage directly, and the service attitude was very good. The breakfast is quite rich. I came early on the first day and there was a lot of breakfast. However, when I came during the peak period on the second day, almost all the breakfast dishes were empty.

The room was clean and tidy with a lot of space. Suitable for a family of three. Contact the front desk to delay check-out until 3pm, which is very considerate because we have to leave at 5pm. It is 500 meters away from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient to walk there.

I often choose Atour when traveling on business, but this Atour surprised me. We checked in late, the trash cans in the room were not cleaned, the walls in the room were dirty, and the dust on the floor was clearly visible. In the standard room we booked, the bed boards of one of the beds were misaligned and protruding, causing bruises on my calves. This is a relatively fair evaluation, and I hope it can be improved to avoid ruining Atour’s brand.

My colleague previously made a reservation on the platform and entered his passport number for confirmation. However, he did not accept foreign guests. He did not notify us in advance when he received the confirmation form. This was too much and made it really troublesome to find a room at midnight. Speechless. We changed 5 hotels in one week during our business trip, and we basically booked Atour. This Atour does not accept foreign guests, and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. When I checked in at the front desk, the waiter was very annoying and I had to wait for a long time. . 2. The hotel room didn’t feel very clean. The bathroom door closed was a safety hazard. My fingers were pinched and torn when I closed the door. I was really speechless. 3. I waited half a day for the invoice to be issued the next day, and then I was told that only Ctrip could issue the invoice, and it would take another 10 days to issue the invoice. Other Atour products were issued on site, so I had to wait that long to go back for reimbur*****t.

I was on a business trip with my colleagues. I was given a room with a price of more than 500 yuan. I was given a room without windows. I asked to change. He said with disdain that all rooms in my price range were of this type. What the hell? I asked him about my friends who were traveling with me and me. I booked a room type with the same price.
