住了這麼多次酒店，很少評論，但體驗感實在太差了，首先一進店就有種小旅館的感覺，前台無人，辦理入住到房間，服務員態度一直很冷漠，愛搭不理，好像人家欠她一個億。其次到房間有種莫名的怪味，空氣也不好，隔音效果不是一般的差，吵的人腦袋都要炸了，房間的設備也很老舊，電視機打不開，空調也是掛式的，半天都沒得反應。電話機也是擺設，打不出接不到，也沒人處理，住這樣的酒店純粹屬於花錢自找憋屈。房價也不便宜，這樣的價格在周邊能住到好幾倍的房間了，很不值的推薦！差差差，太差了！

非常驚喜的酒店 酒店位於人民中路五馬廣場 周邊有許多自然和人文景點 比如湄江旅遊去 龍山森林公園 飛水漂流等 交通便利 衞生乾淨 且酒店還提供免費的停車服務 就在酒店後面 酒店擁有早餐廳 洗衣房 服務人員很熱情 房間很明亮 價格也很合理 性價比相當高 給以後預訂這家酒店的粉絲一個建議 真的不要錯過這個酒店.

酒店衞生很好環境也棒~住着很舒適，早餐夜宵很好吃，還是免費的，下次來旅遊還會選擇這裏!設施:很齊全什麼都有還有護髮素充電器衞生:乾淨環境，很好，服務：熱情耐心！主要是定的是不大的房間，和前台溝通，就 給我們免費升級了房型，真的不錯

第一次知道麓元酒店，相比之下這個酒店性價比蠻高的，房間設施很新，衞生環境整潔清新，衞生間還是乾濕分離的，房間佈局很好，就像在家一樣，非常方便，酒店後面停車不收費，前台妹妹服務熱情，這大冷的天，遞上一杯熱茶很温暖，自助早餐豐富很多品種，非常奈斯，以後就選定這家了

酒店環境非常不錯，乾淨整潔，色彩分明，空間佈局合理，而且衞生非常優秀，價格也實惠，步入酒店讓你有種回家的感覺，大廳雖小卻很漂亮，有股淡淡的幽香很好聞，服務人員的態度非常熱情，超貼心，並且時刻關注顧客的感受與需求，退房的時候不小心把東西落房間了，前台一路小跑親自把東西送到我手上，真有點讓我感動，還可以免費洗衣，滿意，下次還來。

周邊太吵了 一到早上廣場服裝店都放廣播 吵得睡不着。而且房間隔音不好 聲音聽得很清楚 還有很無語的就是馬桶邊上的廁紙設計 根本拿不到 還跟垃圾桶放在一起
