這家酒店的早餐是我住過最爛的。。啥也沒有，牛奶是涼的一股腥味，什麼菜都沒有，玉米都幹了還讓人吃，水果啥也沒

如果單論客房設計裝飾都很好，現代流行元素+年輕化、智能化設計方面真的花了很多心思裝修，應該是廉江目前最好的客房，衹是酒店整體少了專業人士的細節管理，缺少日常的酒店專業維護。另外客房內的物品配置不完善，如免費膠囊咖啡機、免費茶葉、建議學習參考一下廉江H酒店。
關於客房一起買的早餐，住了三天，竟然配簡單的套餐，吃不飽，品種少，第一天在17樓，景色不錯，吃得很差；第二天在14樓，吃的套餐更差；第三天在14樓，自助早餐，品種少，份量也少，供不應求的局面，聽到旁邊的人一直抱怨，説以後不來住了，住客早餐不好，將會嚴重影響以後的客源。建議還得學習一下廉江H酒店。
還有連續住幾天的，為什麼停車每天要到前台輸一次車牌？奇怪，停車系統可以輸入幾天有效的呀。
希望酒店的專業管理能夠提高，硬件及維護方面可以提升，歷久常新才能保持經營好，重視所有問題才能有客户。

管理很差、服務很差，凌晨一點空調壞了，聯繫前台維修，等了半小時都還在電梯上不來。終於等人來維修了，修不好。我們要求換房間，前台要求我們把所有行李凌晨全部搬走。嗯，半夜遇到空調壞了，等半小時來人還修不好，已經嚴重影響睡眠狀態了，還要我們連夜搬家，還沒有一點歉意，還糾纏不停打電話叫我們搬東西走，我們表示很無語，很生氣，整體體驗感很差。

酒店前台服務特別好，位置好，環境好，酒店高大上大氣，房間配套設施齊全，乾淨舒適睡眠好，房間設備都是智能型，用着很方便，好玩，在17樓小麥餐廳，早餐特別豐富，用餐環境很好，酒店附近有購物商場，電影院，樓下飲食特別多，很方便，超級贊，超值推薦

房間的床很舒服，智能馬桶不是太智能，洗嗽的物品太少，沒有洗衣皂，刮鬍刀，洗面乳，潤膚乳等配套物品。有茶具套裝就是沒有茶葉，咖啡也沒有。有洗衣房這點非常好，就是高峯期難等，希望可以增加多兩台洗衣機。另外樓頂的旋轉餐廳自助早餐不錯，品種多，味道好，環境也好。

退房後誣陷我們弄壞窗台的石材，讓我們賠錢。石材在我們入住前就壞了還用膠布粘住。被指出石材上還有膠布的痕跡，無言反駁才作罷了事。整件事一句道歉也沒用，還説有損壞的地方為什麼不檢查清楚跟酒店反饋換房，我真是無語入住你們酒店還要提前給你們檢查驗房。這種酒店服務真第一次見。建議各位朋友入住前先檢查清楚，特別是窗簾後麪疙瘩角落位置有沒有破損，及時跟酒店反饋，不然酒店退房後反手倒打一把誣陷起來有理説不清。最後石材損壞的房間是906

很新的酒店，17樓旋轉餐廳的差點不錯，價格屬於當地比較貴的，但人氣也很好。
攜程的價格比櫃枱價還貴不少，但會送一張60元的餐廳消費券，大致打平。
房間裏的茶葉居然要收10元，前台入住時也沒有提示，第一次遇到。
