We arrived at around four o'clock in the afternoon. The room had not been cleaned yet. There were so many people. There were too many people eating and there were not enough seats. You had to wait for others to finish eating before you could eat. There was a lot of garbage by the public pool, and there were rats running around in the grass. After spending thousands of money, the experience is very bad and not worth it.

我們帶了2個寶寶去，所以需求也多一點，服務員全程超耐心，一一滿足，態度也超好。買游泳圈服務員因記錯價格多收了10元，硬是到處找我們，給退了回來。因帶了倆寶，吃自助餐動作很慢，服務員全程耐心服務。要帶寶寶出遊的姐妹們，都給我沖這家。

温泉不錯，房間衞生有提升的空間，早餐出品一般般，值得表揚是餐廳工作人員，年輕的小哥哥小姐姐熱情，禮貌。套餐裏含的自助晚餐，品種少，味道有待提升，用餐人數太多，稍晚很難找座位，前台小姐姐很禮貌，很熱心。

首先，酒店很大，環境很好，他應該是一個別墅～區。贈送的温泉區的餐還不如不要帶。根本不具備接待能力，本身吃飯地方很小，跟早餐同一個地方，春節人很多，補餐也不及時。關鍵也沒什麼吃的。一個煎雞排和合成牛排排隊根本吃不上，其他熱乎的東西不多。沒有加熱裝置，大廳又冷。飯餐很快涼了 。還不如不要這樣的套餐。而且接送泡温泉，冬天晚上實在太冷了。幸虧我們自駕還可以開自己車。不過環境還是不錯的

1.整個酒店是一個温泉酒店，建在山坡上，中式建築風格，入住會贈送温泉和自助餐。温泉景色優美，泡池很多，有燙一點的，大概42度的小池子，也有正常温度的大池子，可以按摩，非常棒的體驗。
2.入住的當天家人腸胃有點不舒服（可能吃了不乾淨的食物），發燒了。得到了酒店楊副總和楊經理的幫助（主動提供了他自己的私人物品給我）。第二天家人的燒退了，又能愉快的玩耍了，行程沒有被耽誤，非常感謝。
