The service is really disappointing. It was about 5 hours after I checked out that I realized that something was missing. I called the front desk to ask if I had seen it when the room was being cleaned. The front desk said that the room had not been cleaned yet, but that several guests had been brought in to view the room. Already? The first time I heard this operation, I just wanted to confirm whether it was left in the room, but this is better. What if something is really left in the room, and a new guest is brought in without cleaning the room to confirm whether the guest has left anything behind, and it is taken away by someone else? Who will bear this responsibility? It should be the hotel's responsibility to take care of leftover items for departing guests. I have never encountered anything like this before. I once left the charging cable in the room. A few minutes after checking out, I received a call from the hotel saying that something was left in the room. This is normal and friendly hotel service. The most important thing is that I called the front desk back later to explain that I didn't leave anything in the room, but the front desk hung up the phone before I could finish my words. I called back. Actually, I just wanted to suggest that they should not bring new guests into the room for a tour in the future before the room has been cleaned. This will cause a lot of trouble to the guests who left the hotel and left items behind. Unexpectedly, the call was hung up immediately, which really opened my eyes. I originally thought it wouldn't matter even if the hygiene was a little poor. The bathroom in the room is on the balcony. Turning on the lights at night will attract a lot of bugs. It's inconvenient to get in and out, but I can tolerate it. Sure enough, you can't tell whether something is good or bad when nothing happens. Only when something goes wrong can you really see what service is like.

The room is very small and the toilet is terrible. I can't go to the toilet at all. When I open the lid, there are yellow traces of urine. It is obvious that it has not been cleaned. I can't watch the TV at all. I can turn it on, but I can't see it. It's just a decoration. It's only in the standard room. I bought a pair of disposable supplies and a child broke a tissue paper box. The boss said he would pay 200 yuan in compensation. Maybe I haven’t seen the world and can’t recognize a 200 yuan tissue paper box. The experience is really bad

Old facilities and low water pressure
