We requested a ground floor room due to my husband’s disability, but when we checked in they had already given all of them away. Then the room we were given had a door that wouldn’t open, it was jammed, so they moved us to another where the outlets didn’t work and we were unable to charge phones and run medical equipment. Would not recommend if you need accessibility.

The room facilities are complete, the shower water pressure is very good, and the room is clean and tidy. Very good stay experience!

This hotel was awful! The area was sketchy, the room had roaches and the toilet had poop in it.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the towels were so soft. Breakfast was ok. Would stay here again.

The carpet was worn and cut up. The plug ins near the bed were so worn, my phone ran out of power during the night. Apparently the electrical outlet and my plug were not fitting and working well.

Very nice & friendsly staff.... Room was very nice, but could probably use a new carpet.... Worn ***** where desk chair is located..... Overall, very nice facility... Unfortunately, the restaurant next door where we had planned to eat dinner was having staffing problems that evening, but the desk clerk was able to give us several excellent suggestions for alternatives.... Very nice breakfast the next morning.... We will definitely stay here again.

When I pay the price of a room at a pet friendly hotel I expect the room to be like the other pet free rooms. Stain rugs and chairs are always a disapointment to me.
