Hotel Al Sorriso Greenpark & Wellness

The rooms are very comfortable. The pool and spa area are lovely with access onto the lawns in Summer. The food was exceptional with the 5 course evening meal being of Michelin star quality. The setting right on the lake is stunning and the lovely town, with shops ,cafes, train station, beautiful churches and gardens is a short stroll away.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the hotel . The staff were all brilliant as was the quality of the pool and spa facilities. The quality of the food was superb with dinner definitely worthy of a Michelin Star. The location right on the lake was lovely and the beautiful old town is within easy walking distance albeit up a gently sloping hill.

An absolutely beautiful stay! Just on the train on our way to Verona after staying here for 4 nights. It was just perfect, the staff, the facilities, the food, would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel has a gorgeous location with views from every angle. We had full board and every meal was delicious. We loved the attention to detail with dinner, well done to all involved. We borrowed the bikes and cycled to Borgo which was enjoyable. We walked around the lake which was pretty and peaceful. We used the spa facilities twice which were impressive. The town is lovely and very alpine like rather than typical Italian looking. If you are travelling from the UK we arrived at Verona airport. Please check trains before booking as it could take anything up to 5 hours from landing. You have to catch bus 199 to the train station, catch a train to Trento and then change to another train to Levico Terme. There is also option to catch a bus from the bus station next door to the train station if your trains don’t quite link up. Taxis are limited so be prepared for a mile or so walk to the hotel!! It was worth it!! You could book a taxi but only a few in the town. Also at this time of year limited buses available and unfortunately none up to the mountains

This hotel is in a very nice place, really close to the lake and has a big garden. The breakfast was average and our room also average, with a view of tennis courts and mountains. The best thing is the indoor swimming pool with a view of the garden, and very good spa facilities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our break here. The hotel is a real jewel that is spotlessly clean, with great food and attentive staff. Buffet breakfast had a varied selection of hot & cold treats with plenty to keep you going, loved the evening meal with waited service but also a self service salad bar. The Spa was a delight and much better than expected. Pool, Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, Roman & relaxing rooms were all excellent. The hot & cold foot spas around a column were intriguing, also the water beds! We walked the full distance around the lake taking about 2.5 hours to complete, this was the highlight of the trip for us, so beautiful. The hotel also had mountain bikes that were free to use and gave another method to see the local area. We also used the "Trentino pass" that allows free local travel on buses & trains. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who fancies a relaxing break in a stunning location.

Had a comfortable and wonderfully relaxing vacation at this hotel. The location and facilities were well organised and delivered but not in a way that felt rigid. The quality of the personnel at every level is what made it stand out the most. Character, charm and professionalism, is what shone through in each staff member we interacted with.

Excellent in every way - friendly, helpful and efficient staff, great facilities, superb location, spotlessly clean, good food, tasteful furnishings. Family run hotel with a personal touch. Couldn’t fault.

Beautiful location and walks around Lake Levico were stunning. Food was imaginative and well presented. Room was a little small but comfortable and clean with spacious bathroom with walk-in power shower. Swimming pool was very relaxing as was my facial. A lovely hotel.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay of 5 days. The hotel was very clean, airy and spacious and the staff could not have been more helpful. They all seemed to speak many languages! The bed was extremely firm and comfortable, the food was plentiful, and delicious. The spa had a sauna, steam room, Roman bath, lots of different relaxing areas, a lovely swimming pool with whirl pool and a garden hot tub. The swimming pool was open 8 to 8 and the spa elements from 2 to 8. Lake levico was a 1 minute walk across a little park and the water was crystal clear - lovely for swimming in. We could borrow paddle boards and mountain bikes from the hotel. The little town of levico terme was a 10 minute walk up the hill alongside a stream. It's a very picturesque town.
