Very basic, small rooms but a good alternative to staying in downtown Brussels!

The hotel was not kind enough to entertain our rebooking despite the harsh weather.

Hotel was being renovated, foyer was a construction site, elevators were lined inside to prevent damage from workers, air conditioning was switched off, temperature control was not possible. The booked breakfast was canceled and the price paid was only refunded on site - no information from the hotel in advance. Rooms are tiny even for an Ibis budget - I've stayed in several. Just a chair and a small bedside table for two guests. No soap or toothbrush cup in the bathroom, no brush in the toilet. TV remote control changed to Eastern European language, service couldn't help. You should give this hotel a wide berth as a couple!

Overall satisfaction, because the windows are not ventilated and change rooms.

It's very conveniently located near the Leuven train station. It's a reasonably priced option compared to other hotels. Breakfast is also provided downstairs. The hotel staff are willing to help with all questions.

A dramatic experience!!!! 4:15 a.m. the door to our room opens!! English students opened the door with a card on the lock! ! Fortunately we were 3 men!!! Imagine 3 women!!! He was full of alcohol!!!! Talking to reception but apparently not shocked by the red-headed bearded man… it’s me security… so what are you doing?? At 5:40 a.m. the young people were at the entrance to the hotel still with beer!!!! Not even a price for the room…2 nights!

I was content about it all and the servants were kind. Only the long stage to the entrance was tiring with this hot weather.

Very good service, clean and the room has all the essentials that you need for a short trip. Breakfast was good as well and the location was very convenient, as it's located directly at the main station, not far away from the city center.

This a budget hotel do not expect any friils. Great location and value for money.
