Currently staying here for 5 days whilst visiting family. It's a lovely hotel with excellent facilities, however the one thing that makes this hotel stand out above others I've stayed in over the years are the staff. Everyone I have met so far are extremely polite and professional. The two gentlemen working at breakfast time work so hard and are so efficient. The reception staff both in the hotel and the health club have been so pleasant. We booked a meal for 12 in the Mulberry restaurant and it went like clockwork. I know it's a rare find to find such brilliant service but I think this hotel has it. So if it's excellent service you're after this is the place for you.
