Colazione abbondante ed il personale è stato molto gentile

Quiet neighborhood a few steps from the lakefront. Friendly staff but the room was spartan with some drawbacks such as a bathtub instead of a shower, no minibar, uncomfortable toilet but all sufficient for a short stay.

I do not know where to begin. we arrive in the room in the morning and the air conditioning leaks profusely in the shower. We ask to fix it but they say it is a plumbing problem and then they turn it off. Our friends same problem in another room with also explosion during the night of the bulb in the bathroom. In the afternoon the air conditioning continues to remain off and other customers report copious air-conditioning leaks in the room. The noise of the highway makes sleep very difficult and the windows do not cushion anything. Very hot night with still the winter duvet. At around 2 in the morning some very angry customers scream complaining about the copious water from the air conditioning. window which was impossible as the window was on the other side of the room .. it had not been opened and the ants came out from under the tiles ...... in the bathroom the tub handle was rusty ... shame because the structure has strong potential

Hotel located a few minutes drive from Stresa. It has been partially refurbished, but would still need several patches. The restaurant is not active. The bar is poorly stocked. The rooms are clean.

La camera era in ordine e pulita ma il materasso del letto singolo poggiava su un altro materasso sottostante e non com'è normale sulla rete o su una doga...quindi molto molle e scomodo e si dormiva male. Ho deciso di posticipare la mia permanenza in Hotel di 6 ore perché la sera stessa avevo un appuntamento importante di lavoro e giustamente avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento. Alla reception faccio presente che la TV non ha mai funzionato, ma loro senza tenere conto di un disservizio,mi hanno fatto pagare BEN 40 EURO IN PIÙ (e non invece 20 euro com'era giusto xchè la camera non era stata prenotata da nessuno quel giorno) cioè esattamente la metà di un giorno intero x sole 6 ore in aggiunta alla mia permanenza! io non ho obiettato xchè avevo altri pensieri per la testa ma sta di fatto che senza ombra di dubbio hanno perso un ottimo cliente come me xchè mi recherò almeno 2 volte l'anno x lavoro e xchè non ho dato fastidio a nessuno in quanto la mia camera era sempre perfetta e pulita a differenza di altri ospiti che il personale ho sentito io stesso lamentarsi parecchio riguardo lo stato delle camere! Non sapete tenervi i clienti buoni!!!!
