一星都不想給，前台態度差的要死，各種社會人士在裏面喝酒吵架大聲説話不穿衣服，要不是大半夜離市區太遠打不到車絕對不會住，門口各種小卡片，空調聲音很大，環境衞生差，有異味，洗手枱還有別人吃剩的荔枝核也在，真是醉了，還不如在湛江住，差的要死，再也不會來雷州了，一百多連青旅酒店都不如，差的要死！！！！一星都不想給 半夜吵得睡不着，提心吊膽

房間很臟，吹風上的灰很厚一層，還有很多小名片，臟亂差很噁心，都不敢洗澡

我一分都不想給。在我這裏這破酒店的得分是負的，可以上避雷榜的那種。
酒店環境非常一般。一打開門就有數量眾多的令人無語的小卡片。房間裏的兩孔插座有3/5都無法使用。廁所的排風扇是壞的，沒辦法使用。房間也氣味很重，隔音也很差。酒店沒有wifi。
服務枱衹有一名服務員，業務突然繁忙時無法兼顧所有客人。
服務員態度差，跟別人欠了她八百萬一樣。業務能力差勁，話都講不清楚，無法準確迅速地和客人進行有效溝通。有忽略先來的客人，優先照顧當地客人的情況。在未解決我方問題的情況下，為新客人服務，讓我們等了她將近半小時。欺軟怕硬，當我方惡臉強勢者（男性）出現後，才開始道歉和好語相向。真的無語，這服務員什麼品種的大垃圾。
