這家賓館突破了我對賓館的多重認知，沒有見過這麼差的賓館：第一重，沒有電梯，要爬相當於四層樓，房間裏沒有贈送的瓶裝水；第二重，客房裡的設施破舊超出想象，門是破的，牀頭櫃和牆壁上滿是裝修臨時拆改的痕跡，熱水出水比拉尿還小，毛巾和浴巾是一次性的，空調衹有製冷沒有制熱，被子很潮；第三重，酒店管理之亂出乎意料，一進門就看到滿是黃色的卡片，長凳臟兮兮的，拖鞋居然搞出了藝術裁剪風。第四重，這樣的賓館居然收250元左右一晚。

老商務賓館房間很大，停車也方便，熱水充足洗澡舒服！我們的房間有窗户但很黑要開燈，隔音不是很好，半夜住店的人好多，説話也好吵! 樓層不高所以沒電梯！離茂德公鼓城比較近，這幾天霧大濕氣太重，想上島的來得不是時候！

房間很大，停車方便，服務員態度很好，搞衞生的阿姨有求必應，這次入住很開心，雖然沒有電梯，但行李不多，住着挺舒服。

房間特別乾淨，圖片什麼樣房間就什麼樣。體驗特別好。樓下蘭州牛肉麪也好吃。床也舒服。這麼便宜的價格房間裏又能做飯又有冰箱的真的很不錯

如果帶孩子途徑最好不要踩雷，床單是破的，房間有異味，牆壁有黴有破損。我們帶孩子由海南返鄉途徑住宿，入住後門口有各種小卡片不忍直視，隔壁和樓上貌似是長租房，一直到半夜三點都有吵雜聲。孩子睡覺喊被子潮，感覺濕的，我和我愛人幾乎沒怎麼睡着，衞生間燈光昏暗有異味，我們也沒有洗澡。八點多入住，本來想好好睡一覺，第二天高速好趕路，結果一夜無眠，我們四點就退房趕路去了，讓孩子們在車上睡了。這是我第一次在攜程寫點評，連帶讓我對雷州這個城市都有陰影了。我想説真的太嚇人。
