酒店房間衞生尚可、可是一進房間就給人一種不舒服的感覺、醒目處就一物品賠償價目表、沒有任何服務項提示，導致有事情需要聯繫前台時不知道如何撥打電話，衹能自己再坐電梯下樓去前台找服務員去問；吃早餐時麥片加完牛奶後發現飄起來幾個黑點、還納悶麥片裏怎會有黑芝麻,輕輕撈出後發現竟然是帶腿的小黑蟲；有點無語😓 （寫到這才忽然想起這是兩百多一晚的房間、這水準確實也就衹值這個價格！

酒店服務很好，環境優美舒適，在網上看到評價預訂的，進門就有前台小姐姐小遊和小巧熱情的打招呼，還有介紹了早餐吧，下午茶。房間智能化比較。房間衞生乾淨整潔。設施是新裝的大廳氣派。客房阿姨還幫忙摺疊了衣服。他們還有自助洗衣房。對出差的人很方便。樓頂免費曬，他們還細心的準備了夾子和衣架。特貼心了。早上的品種很多。服務也好。粉是比較好吃的，還有葉達餅是本地特色很不錯。走的時候保安大叔還特意給我拿了水。拉行李太讚了👍

已安全到達海南，覺得應該好好點評一下，這次與家人同行海南，途徑雷州歇息，預訂了美豪酒店，酒店裝修風格不錯，大廳豪華氣派，精美好看，還有可愛送貨機器人🤖呢，酒店地理位置不錯，出行便利，開車導航過去很好找，門前有免費停車位，還有一個停車場，晚上可以停過去，也不收費的，前台小符這位小姑娘服務態度很好，接待熱情，笑容燦爛，彬彬有禮，不失禮貌，很有耐心地為我推薦當地特色美食，果然食慾滿滿，房間寬敞，採光也很明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，還有小度智能客控，非常喜歡，酒店周邊有很多美食以及很特別的景點茂德公鼓城，人山人海，這次遇上了一個大超市開業，超級多人，隨意逛了一下就出來了，雷州雖小，不過還是個不錯的地方，值得來過。

挺好的體驗，第一次住這個美豪酒店，看着門口設計比較特別，在外面出差很累，想着找個好點酒店住一晚，沒想到還真的挺好的，所以就想住一次看看。網上下單，現場登記時候，前台小妹09還挺有禮貌的，嘴巴也很甜。聽着很舒服，看來是找對酒店了。進去房間確實室內設計挺特別的。挺好的，在這邊出差的朋友，本人可以推薦您可以用一次這個酒店看看。挺好的

整體來説感覺挺不錯的，前台姐姐有問必答，就比如太久沒用電視了，然後打不開，然後打個電話到他們前台，很快就安排他們工作人員上門幫忙看，然後還引導我們如何使用就方便了。就很快就熟悉了。對服務沒得説，確實，好一點的酒店服務確實是挺到位的，第一次體驗到。好點酒店服務讓自己感覺到很舒心，非常感謝08小霏同志的樂觀跟進服務。

滿意，親子出遊最頭疼就是夜裡洗的衣服第二天幹不了，這裡有很優秀的洗衣烘乾服務，床品也很好一夜好眠，早上還看到了日出😁是不是很幸運 前台小姐姐小符和小遊服務熱心温暖，我們就像回家了一樣🍎順手就定了下一站的美豪🌈酒店位置方便在市中心，隔壁也有好多小吃，酒店新裝的很漂亮，房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務更沒得説，早餐好吃，品種豐富。太喜歡了，祝小姐姐順心如意☘

房間設施設備很好，是新開的酒店房間打掃的非常乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，床品很舒服，酒店水壓很大，洗澡超爽的，馬桶和淋浴是分開的，周圍也全是好吃的，步行就可以到達 ，前台的小姐姐小符和小遊服務很貼心，房間幫忙做了升級，服務非常好，十分熱情第一印象非常不錯，他們家早餐還要當地特色的糯米雞和葉搭餅，服務葉很好，有小朋友沒有下來吃飯，我帶一個雞蛋和麪包，早餐工作人員還熱情幫我打包。很貼心，推薦[強]
