The sanitary conditions were very poor. The fire escape plan behind the door did not correspond to the actual location. I don't know how I passed the fire inspection. Moreover, as a B&B located halfway up the mountain, they only came to pick up guests, but they didn’t help the guests with their luggage, and there were no tour guides, so the service was basically zero. How did this get Ctrip’s four-star rating?
