Ibis Leicester City

the room was very warm but it was good, the tv was comically small

Great location 5 minutes walk from train station and city centre. One of very few places that allows pets to stay. There is an extra £10 charge per night for but well worth it if you need to have your pet with you. Rooms are clean and functional. Well designed bathroom space with a good sized shower cubicle. There’s also a good heating/cooling system that works great.

Good place, cheaper than premier inn and also included breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough. Room was nice and clean and the plugs for charging was appropriate

Good location, modern style and tidy room but the parking space isn’t enough for guests.

Good amenities. Bar and restaurant. Close to Leicester train station and city centre. Clean room.

From walking into the hotel to checking in I was greeted by pleasant and nice staff, helpful and cheerful. Stayed in the bar for a quick drink before going to the room and the bar and restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. Was nice to see it being used by others staying at the hotel for evening meal.  Lift wasn’t working but the stairs to my floor wasn’t an issue, I travelled light. The room I booked was a double room, which was clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed. Perfect location by the station and close enough to the shops and bars in the city itself.

Wasn’t up to the standard was not clean

Very bad service the room wasn't clean there were hair in the shower tissue in the toilet on the floor.

Very clean well run hotel be careful lift not working till end of January 2026
