Good location and facilities. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is the best among similar hotels. However, reservation management is not done properly. Check-in was delayed because the hotel could not find reservation information. When I went to the assigned room, other people were already sleeping, and receiving a new room was not done immediately. The staff apologized for this and tried to kindly resolve the issue, but the reservation management process needs improvement.

Very satisfactory stay experience! ! Quiet, clean, bright, with a lot of space, the free breakfast is rich and hot, and there is a big outlet nearby with the brand north face! ! I left my bag at the hotel when I left the store. After calling the high-speed front desk, the staff handed me the bag as soon as I returned to the hotel. Nothing is missing from the bag. Friendly staff. Loved the location and my room. Breakfast was meh....but no biggie. Pool room was way too hot, they kept it at nearly 90° which made the hot tub almost unbearable. Aside from those 2 things, loved my visit aid would definitely stay again.

We got snowed in and weren’t able to travel home and needed to find a quick place to stay for the night. It was a nice room! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast the next morning was perfect to send us on our way. I needed to grab an extra blanket and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff and a great breakfast. The pool was warm and there was actually enough towels for everyone. The only negative was the sidewalks were so icy that I was terrified the kids would slip and fall on the way to the car.

We like that our rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. We are traveled with kids yet they were comfortable. everything was close by. It was very convenient.
