We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment. We came as a couple and had a smaller one, but there are also apartments for up to seven persons available, and all are equipped with everything you may need, and decorated with love. But it wouldn't be the same without Mrs. Vaso's welcoming, friendly and always helpful personality. Besides of the cleanest apartment we ever had with a nice balcony (with view to the Aegean and the nearby mountains and olive and pine trees), Vaso also knew where to go to eat delicious meals. Fully recomendable to anyone!!

We visited Karpathos in Aug21 for 6 nights and staying here helped make our experience wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet area with green around and a view of the sea, the room was spotless, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and Netflix amongst its main features. Vaso, the owner, is exceptional; polite, professional, attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Also great with recommendations to make the most of our visit. We will be coming back!

I work in the holiday home sector and I understand when a structure deserves it: at the Miraluna I found an awareness of customer service. Excellent structure, quiet location and rooms with maximum comfort. Excessive cleanliness with frequent provision of towels and change of sheets . Mrs. Vasso (the manager) is an excellent, pleasant person, always available with advice. It was a dream holiday...we leave with tears in our eyes for what we leave behind...I dream of returning.

We booked a room for two people at the facility a month before departure, as well as the transfer to and from the airport, paid the amount due and received the voucher from the agency to present at the facility upon arrival as proof of the booking. Only the morning before departure does the structure communicate that it cannot honor the reservation as the structure itself is overbooked. At this point I believe it is useful and important to inform future customers about the possibility of having to be reallocated to alternative structures obviously not directly chosen by the customer himself, given the terrible way in which reservations are managed without even having the courtesy to inform customers of their inability to honor the reservation.

To avoid! In the summer of '21 they canceled (citing non-existent excuses about measures against COVID19) a reservation we had made months before, just 6 days before our scheduled arrival, almost ruining a vacation we had waited a year for. If you insist on staying at this property, we strongly recommend that you book through the platform and not the property.
