酒店衞生極差，黴斑黴點多處，前台和清潔工用牆壁設備老舊做藉口，到第二天也不承認衞生問題。酒店按鈕也很多用不了，電視也點不進。空調也是擺設，沒有辦法自己調節。搪塞説是中央空調，（是住酒店不是住商場，憑什麼調節冷熱都不提供）總體就是一個設備、衞生、服務態度都噁心的酒店。

華城老顧客了，這次體驗真的太差了，空調壞了，排氣扇也壞的，房間温度一直在33度以上，悶的要死，換了房間還是一樣的問題，真的悶到想發脾氣，廁所也堵，總之這次哪哪都不舒服，悶到鼻炎都犯了好幾次，設施太差。以後不會再光顧了。。。
