An exceptionally clean hotel with the towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. A comprehensive breakfast which is exceptional for an Italian hotel. The quality of the restaurant food was equally good and the service inside the restaurant ( thank you Luca) was equally amazing. In fact all of the staff from the receptionist to the room cleaners were friendly, considerate and efficient. A lively location with a backdrop of lakes and mountains.

Modern hotel on hillside overlooking lake with amazing views from rooms and restaurant areas. Rooms are quite large and baths are adequate if uninspired. Housekeeping and maintenance in general could be improved. Housekeeping would only provide one small roll of toilet paper per day although helpful front desk would provide more if you ask. Stained carpets in hallways, missed dust throughout the hotel and bugs in the rooms. AC failed the second day but was fixed quickly. Dinner in hotel was excellent. Nice breakfast buffet although eggs were ice cold the first day and juices seem to be watered down. Stay for the view if you are willing to overlook a few things.

We booked the hotel almost 2 months in advance. We booked 2 separate rooms. Upon our arrival, there were only 2 staff members at the reception and it was impossible to get the bags up because of how inconvenient their layout is. You have to climb up a set of 7-8 steps, and a rocky road to reach the hotel. After this already draining task the receptionist informed us about how their ACs aren’t working because of a thunderstorm the day prior, and how there isn’t anything he can do about it. If we knew this information a day prior, we wouldn’t have continued our stay in the hotel. The weather outside was 31-34° c and no one could’ve stayed a night without the AC. They gave us 2 rooms that did have AC but the temperature would’ve go below 23/24°c and it was as good as having no AC. The room was also much smaller than mentioned/shown in the pictures. The staff wasn’t helpful and upon a lot of convincing they said that they were able to get 4 of us 1 room at an extension of their hotel about 5-6 minutes away. We argued with them stating 1 room is clearly not enough for 3 adults and 15 year old, and that our booked was for 2 rooms, so it’s their responsibility to accommodate the same. Overall a terrible experience and the hotel had a complete lack of staff. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone else since the staff lack the basic courtesy to inform their clients about any problems occurring in the hotel which can clearly affect their stay. The extension of the hotel ended up being much better since it was recently renovated, had a better location & most importantly had a working AC which was a must during the summer here at Como.

The hotel is, in my opinion, ideal for moving towards Como or towards Lecco. A stone's throw from both of these provincial capitals, it's a quiet place. The staff is courteous, the restaurant kitchen offers simple but very tasty and genuine dishes. I personally liked the room both in terms of cleanliness and visually speaking. In short, a hotel that truly deserves the four stars it already has!

We have been aside from this hotel for more than 10 years , unfortunately we can say that in the last 5 years it has had a vertical decline that will soon assimilate it more to a 3 stars than to the current 4 . I stayed for one night at the end of July in summer for 1152 Hong Kong dollars. The room was very clean. It is located on the edge of Lake Como. It is a family business B&B with few rooms. There is a restaurant in front of the owner's house that tastes good. The attitude is average, no enthusiasm and no poor care. He didn't give me a big bath towel when he gave us the room. It was already very inconvenient for me to use a small towel to wipe after taking a shower. After I checked out, he chased me and said that I took two big towels. Although it was a misunderstanding, I think the EQ of running a small shop is really low. Next time, don't be greedy for cheapness. There are still many choices for B&Bs under 2000 Hong Kong dollars.

If there was a rating higher than excellent… I would give that. I don’t have enough good things about our stay at the Villa Mojana. Anna and the entire team were nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we started planning my clients wedding and stay at the villa, Anna moved mountains to ensure our stay was a flawless experience from beginning to end. When we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and spritzes and shown to our beautiful rooms, all with incredible lake views. The food at the Villa was remarkable and the entire wait staff did an incredible job at accommodating dietary restrictions with Michelin level food and drink. Getting to and from Bellagio was a breeze, but we throughly enjoyed laying pool side and relaxing. I don’t have enough good things to say about the Villa Mojana, except I can’t wait to come back and I will send every client, friend and stranger. The perfect getaway. Thank you to the entire staff!

The location is excellent, the first row by the lake, the surrounding restaurants are full of wine, the fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room. It is suitable for self-driving, but the blue paid parking space is not easy to find during the peak hours of the holiday. Not to mention the white free one. When you are 400 meters away from the hotel, you will pay attention and there will be a parking space. The hotel does not have a valet parking service.
