It's a bit inconvenient to access without a car.
For foreigners, it seems a bit difficult to access by public transportation.
Other than that, it's great in every way.
The view was so nice and the front desk staff were friendly.
The breakfast was good and the staff serving breakfast were friendly.
If I have another chance next time, I would like to stay and heal here.

Enchanted hotel, all impeccable, really difficult to find something that is not up to par.

The hotel is minimalist in style and has comfortable rooms with large, comfortable beds and huge windows to see the lake and surrounding mountains. The staff are wonderfully attentive. We used the sister hotel, hotel promessi for the beautiful spa, bar and dining yet stayed at the quieter, boutique casa sull Albero. Great location being just 10mins walk into Lecco and within easy drive to Bellagio and the ferries. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel only a short walk from Lake Como. We had a garden view room on the first floor, which felt nice and private. Breakfast was great - the lady running it was exceptional and we felt very well looked after.

I strongly recommend this place: the lake view, the easy access to the lake, quality and interior inside and outside, comfort, cleanness, spa and gym availability, breakfast with fresh cooked scrambled eggs with cherry, staff and everything was just perfect

The design of the place is very relaxing and views are great. The lady that prepairs the breakfast is the best staff member, she remembers your preferences and brings them to you every day!!!! If I owned a hotel I would want her to work with us

This was an amazing find with stunning views, and a great location. The staff were exceptionally helpful with dinner arrangements and finds in the area. I would definitely return!

The tree hotel did not disappoint! The views were amazing and the service and accommodations were very relaxing for our 2 night stay. Serene and quiet atmosphere for couples. We would definitely come back!

This is a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is located on the hill, however it is easy to access the lake and Lecco by crossing another hotel, which is affiliated with them, if I understand correctly. I liked sleek design of the hotel. They have great cosmetics available for the guest. Note, that conditioner is really noisy, there is no heated hanger for your swimwear and you will not find a fridge in your room. And they just must to make some repair of the terazza next to the poo.
