The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Elodie, Flore, and Laurent. The beachfront location provides stunning views and easy access to the town center via a scenic promenade.

Just back from another stay at this hotel. The best location in Le Touquet for the beach. We had a large room with a sea-view balcony and a huge bathroom with double shower and egg-shaped bath. Rather grand. Great breakfasts with everything you could want. Large salt water swimming pool that was not crowded. The only slight negative was the long wait and poor service at dinner on the first night. From then on we ate out.

On the edge of town but a nice enough, mostly flat, 15 minute stroll down the seafront. Saltwater pool was nice with a few swim floats and lots of towels provided. Nowhere near enough sun loungers outside and people hog them all day rather than removing towels when they go off for lunch. Bar very nice but expensive. Fun watching the tide go into for miles then appear later right outside the hotel. Room nice and clean except for a sandy floor the entire time we stayed, including when we arrived. Air con decent. Towels fluffy but shower water pressure and temperature fluctuates wildly. TV in room bigger than the one we have at home!!! Kids loved the funky sofa bed/bunk beds. Our bed was big and comfortable enough but the mattress topper/protector made it sweaty! BUT by far the biggest problem is the queue for breakfast. It is from 06.30 to 10.00 and I think they need to experiment with making it later as we queued for over 20 minutes at 09.10 in the morning every day plus when we were seated there were at least six empty tables. The staff were all busy but maybe there aren't enough? Otherwise a lovely stay.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay at Novotel Le Touquet. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Coffee facilities, bathrobe included. We had access to the pool. There are plenty of space to relax near the reception area. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs on the terrace is a great place to watch the sunset . We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was really good. Of course we chose the fish. Delicious. Overall a pleasant stay.

You can’t fault the location of this hotel. It’s really wonderful, the views are stunning and the you are so close to the beach but it busy, really busy. So many people that it feels like a leisure centre. Breakfast is mayhem and average at best. Shockingly bad pastries considering you are in France, limited fruits, missing mugs, broken coffee machines and queues for everything - our visit was in October! Our coffee machine also didn’t work in our room and it was noisy as people walked above. You are paying a lot for the location which is of course stunning but if you are looking for peace and tranquility and the gastronomic best of France, look elsewhere.

We spent 4 fantastic days at this hotel in mid August. Though hotel was fully packed with guests, the service quality remained very high due to the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel’s staff. We enjoyed the dinners in the hotel’s restaurant which were very good and not extremely pricey. Breakfast choice was wide and tasty. We also enjoyed some spa treatments and the pool, with the latter being quite busy on rainy days. Direct access to the beach provides for unique walking experiences because the beach is beautiful and generally clean. Thanks very much for making our stay great!

Stayed for one night as a family of 4 prior to heading back to Calais. The main draw for this hotel is the beach and the pool. Be aware the pool is a salt water pool if you have small children. We were aware of this prior to booking and quite enjoyed it, despite it being rather chilly. Towels and robes were supplied for the adults. Changing rooms and lockers available. The beach was down a steep dune and was lovely to enjoy before checking in. Our room was nice but basic and felt very small compared to other family rooms we’ve stayed in this week. The sofa style bunk bed felt very much squeezed into the room leaving not much room to manoeuvre around the room. We were pleased to see a pod coffee machine and the beds were comfortable. Our experience at the restaurant was somewhat mixed. We had a wonderful sea view from the table which was fabulous but we felt like we were dumped in family corner as we had children, no offer of bread with our meal etc. We found service to be a bit dry and considering what we paid for our meal, it was a small portion. Impressed with the kids menu which had a good choice. Overall, we left feeling quite underwhelmed by the room and service experienced within the restaurant. We paid around £400+ with dinner and felt that our experience didn’t live up to the cost.

We always spend a week in that hotel during the summer. The location is amazing as it is right on the beach. The restaurant has sea views all around. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The swimming pool is huge. There is also a small steam room in the pool area. The staff are all very nice, a special thank you to Elodie for booking our table every night, Flore for being a lovely waitress and Laurent for always being friendly. The rooms could do with more drying space for towels and swimsuits. We like to have dinner at the restaurant there, you have a menu of the day option that is great, the presentation is always nice and the food tasty. There is a promenade to get to the town centre, it takes approximately 20 minutes by foot and you can also walk on the beach. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel with outdoor shower but the only thing is that you have to go over big rocks to get to the sand, it would be good to have a little path! Always a pleasure to stay there and we look forward to coming back every year.

A very nice, clean and simply appointed hotel right on the beach. We couldn't get a balcony room, but had a large window that opened onto the sand. The restaurant food was just OK, and it's worth walking into town to eat. A great value for the money and a short walk to the most lovely village of Le Touquet.
